7	Unfair double standards I have been his friend for 16 years. The kindest soul, unless you threaten his kids then he gets angry. He would give his last dollar to his kids if it made them happy. He would give up everything if it meant his kids didn't go without. One year he sat in his sweltering house to save money on elec so he could take his kids on a holiday. 12	Unfair double standards Had a friend wrongly convicted, was imprisoned for 4 years. When it was found she lied he got NOTHING. No apology no repriration. She didn't get jail time she got a fine. His life was ruined and because it wasn't made public no one knew his innocence only his closest friends and family stuck by him (and still do). He attempted suicide shortly after his release and it was only sheer luck i was passing his house from work i thought I'd see how he was doing.
