Sorry religious guys, but under modern circumstances having her giving away her pussy before you give away your commitment is a matter of survival. Still the ability wymyn have to deny their past always amazes me.

But is it really that surprising? At this point there seems to be a de facto alliance between libertarians and right-wingers since their converging concerns against libtardian madness are getting too strong and urgent. Putting an end to the enraged dystopia is a priority. There will always be time to separate the English from the Dutch once what's left to be saved is saved.

If I Ieave then my kids spend half their time with no adult running the home. Nuff said.

I'm actually even more amazed at the mom who doesn't even try to hide her own sexual lust from her son. The hamster is strong in this one.

You need to grow up and learn to distance yourself from things. Your post still reeks of the resentment and lack of confidence you were trying to escape when coming here in the first place. Try to take things not too literally. Have mercy with your fellow men and be thankful for what you can learn here and there, you'll get much happier eventually.

Not convinced you're really drawing the right lesson here. Sounds a lot like she screened a lack of ambition in you, and something tells me you probably shouldn't have let her get to the point where she is able to draw this kind of conclusion. It's easier to point the mundane cupidity of women but unless you've run into an especially greedy chick, displaying enough ambition should normally spare you this kind of shit-test.

Oh I see. So because you're an insecure beta, you have deserved to have your own wife whom you married to have kids with, casually proposing you to wipe out the genes you were striving to pass to your kids. Wymyn are fine braah and all of that. Or, dumb bitch is just dumb, and entitled enough in her progressive fantasy to figure out it's fine to make such a proposal with all the sincere naivete she's able to display. As long as we love them honey.

At this pace TRP will soon be able to design and run the Entitlement Olympics, with nominees, categories and stuff.

These people need deep psychiatry and a long stay in an asylum, not justice. The US court system is now nothing but a machine to legitimate madness. Can't help but consider that when men used to be men, both claimants and court members would have been sent off town covered with tar and feathers, while laughing fathers on the side of the road would explain their sons the meaning of consequences and common decency.

I've spoken this sentence to John. "Let me be clear: If I have to choose between you or one of the kids, you will lose every time. Do you have a problem with that?" You lose. This has to be the most important test a man has to impose on his wife or any other form of SO he is willing to commit to have kids with - and I'm talking from experience here, not from theory. What is really dramatic in this story is that the poor lad is conditioned to answer no to that, the propaganda has been so efficien…

Immediate material rewarding is not part of the deal. It's expensive both financially and emotionally. If, as another poster nailed it, you don't see "having your own genetics passed down in a stable family environment so that you can pass on your knowledge, traits and accumulated assets" as a benefit, then marriage is definitely not for you. But to me it tastes fine, thanks. I have stable marriages all around me in my family, and a lot of happy people within it. It helps in the idea you develop…

Did I just read "I see no reason to get married because of the poor material benefits for me"? No one will force you to get married, either you like the idea or you don't. I liked the idea so I got married, it really is as simple as that. And it was years after I woke up to RP concepts. My position is that someone who doesn't want to get married will find plenty of good reasons not to, while someone who does will find plenty of good reasons as well. I just don't buy into the first one being the …

Serious studies on the matter show that education is of little influence compared to genes when it comes to what you are transmitting to your child. Adopting basically means you're raising someone else's child, and he will remind it to you, unconsciously at first then consciously when he learns the Truth and you now have to deal with the myth of his real parents hiding somewhere in the big world. Now, don't get me wrong, I have a lot of respect for adopting parents, as it is a generous and coura…

I didn't say it is impossible. Let me put it this way: the difference between a marriage-based family and a LTR-based family is one of contract, not one of nature. Now, either the issue is with marriage as a contract, in which case as I said, I agree with the OP: you shouldn't sign a marriage contract in America today; or it is with marriage as a commitment, and then it is a whole different story - in which refusing to call your LTR a wife will be of little help.

Ok, since nobody seems to dare attacking the Modern-MGTOW-who-casts-anathema-on-marriage-and-any-contradictor-is-a-pussy stance, I will. You're way too defensive, and pardon me, too young, which makes you delusional on the problematic of having kids and leading a stable life. Family is not such a bad thing, you know - provided one manages to have other focuses in life than being in a constant power and sex struggle with his SO. My main issue is with the way you deal with the Kids Question: "If y…

As the NR columnist puts it, these are just not the rapes you are looking for. Of course feminism is about power. Worse, it is about depriving its owners of it, rather than genuinely using it. Feminists don't have a clue about how to use power. They just want it for the sake of it. Hence the destruction they sow. In this quest for power, racism is the supreme exclusion criteria. It means social death. It is to the social game what the first law of robotics is to robotics. It overrules misogyny o…

Sounds to me you need to choose a wife and raise kids - and I realize how easy it is to say, as opposed to actually doing it. You may also have a family history that is a poor incentive to do so. But a family that you create will be what you make it. This is exactly what separates me from being in a similar state of mind. You're right, you will never feel entirely secure. You will keep fighting. Men just happen to do that, it seems. But nothing comes even close to your own kids to make these mom…

Kudos man, not only is the story worth reading but on top of that you're a hell of a good storyteller. I read it again twice just for pleasure. I'd give away a few bucks to learn the end of the story from this guy's perspective. It's a harsh lesson for him, but with an arguably happy end: he avoids a wedding that was bound to fail and immediately gets the emotional relief he needs to put up with the shock. Guys for God's sake, test your girlfriends as if your life depends on it - it actually doe…

To be fair, let us concede that Adrian Peterson and Ray Rice could not possibly use closeups of their genitals spread all around the interwebz as mitigating circumstances.

Please. Amanda Marcotte. Her place is in an asylum or a zoo. There's no point even starting a debate around her.

Nicely put. It may be worth noting that in this case, her SMV bubble had virtually bursted the day she has agreed with the T&C of the cloud backup for her smartphone pics, some could even say the day she had some nude pics stored on it. In that view, what just happened can be seen as a healthy market correction. If the entire valuation of your company relies on the secrecy of your business plan, you just cannot afford it going public, which implies taking the required measures to protect its pri…

Why anyone around here would waste more than a few minutes on this tedious political activist parading as a writer that Sartre was is beyond my comprehension.

There is no such thing as “a true gold digger”. As you accurately mention, people are raised to be honest with their loved ones, and in this story it would have been very hard for any woman not to have her conscience catch up with her greediness at some point. A true gold digger as you describe it would be a sociopath who could never have held her frame for two years without raising suspicion. I wouldn’t blame the guy for the presents. If you’re a wealthy guy and there’s a woman you love, you wi…

Not even calculated, the move. Most likely pressure was just too hard to bear for her to hold her frame through the wedding. All she needs is some good pressure release to be able to move on guilt-free. Agree with you, he signs for hell if he goes on and marries her. Man, just picturing the children being told about how their parents' love story all started sends shivers down my spine.
