No man, it doesn't hurt for us guys our first time the way it does for girls their first time. A girls first time will open her up and stretch her in ways she's not used to. Some rips or tears can happen inside of her which is why many girls say their first is painful. If your first time is also with a first timer, go slow with her. Don't go in dry, whether natural lube or store bought. Make it about feeling good for her. It'll feel amazing for you either way.
