This. For my first date with my boyfriend we met for coffee on a beautiful waterfront area and ended up talking for hours. We both knew prior that it would likely go further than coffee and we were right. It ended 10 hours later after drinks and then dinner and then another walk by the waterfront. I love this! I kinda did date myself tonight - I made pasta and homemade garlic bread for dinner (my fave) and I preordered a game from one of my favorite series that released today as an early birthday gift to myself. I just spent a few hours playing it and I even took tomorrow off work so I could have a relaxing three day weekend all to myself to play as much as I want. Some of these comments are making me nauseous lol. I regret all the wasted time, too. Once I was over him, I started to have random bouts of severe sadness when it hit me that I wasted a decade of my life on the wrong man. Even in the beginning it's kind of easy to figure out a simple gift. For instance, I love coffee, books, video games, candles.. these things come up in conversation when you're getting to know someone, so it's easy to pick a small gift. If it's that early in that you're not sure then the gift should be small anyways, and a cute coffee mug, or a good candle is easy peasy.

It is basically a way of saying hey some rando approves of what you had to say, but then it grants access to the gold lounge, which used to be for one month but now is just one week.
