I'll do just that! sound advice, I guess I thought this behaviour was 'normal' since I've been around it since late teens. Its a shock going out with new friends who don't smoke, since virtually everyone in the group smokes like a chimney. Its shocking that some people have never taken MDMA in their lives. I feel a bit retarded but I thought this and many other behaviours where 'normal', goes to show that the group is rather toxic.

Most of you has basically said to get rid of these friends. The more I think about it the better this option seems to be. They are toxic in many ways, individually some of them are awesome but collectively its a highly dysfunctional group. From them constantly braiding each other with insults to constant drama & an inability to have a 'good night' without huge alcohol consumption. I'm going to basically stop hanging out with them, try to re kindle friendships with old mates who are successful an…

I can't delve deep with the points I mentioned above with them. The best answer they'd give me is 'just stop talking to them' but that would mean staying quiet in many social interactions at parties etc because they just jump on whatever I say like piranhas.

This is hardly a long term solution! Becoming 'grounded' as Tyler from RSD puts it has helped me get over this shit. Meditation, exercise and nutrition combined with going out and talking to a bunch of girls will help in the long term.

I disagree with you, of course they are necessary in SOME cases but modern medicine only solution to it is by medicating. I refused their meds and dealt with it. It was a long hard road but in the end its worth it. How many people would take the 'magic pill' over exercises, daily discipline, meditation and diet? Most people will never take the initiative and go with what the doctor says, merely putting a bandage over the problem to have it later come back and bite you in the ass.

I should also say I was medically diagnosed with bipolar, ADD & anxiety at 18. Doing all the things I mentioned and living a disciplined lifestyle fixed these 'disorders'. In fact I feel fucking incredible. I am 20 now, almost 21 and been living this way for 2 years. Also don't drink, or take drugs. We don't have that luxury. It messes up our chemistry.

Taking meds, imo, is usually never the solution (for mental health problems anyway). There are a million and 1 different things you can do before going on medication. Brain chemistry fucked up? Exercise regularly, become extremely fit & cleanse your diet from all the bad stuff. Take vitamins. Meditation etc etc. Becoming numb to the anxiety so it doesn't control you (stoic). Medication just covers up the symptom it doesn't deal with the problem.

do you think? I deleted her from there and haven't added her since the breakup. Just send her funny memes here and there that don't particularly need a response. well its good that I haven't talked to her for 1-2 weeks, I'll just ignore her. What should I do when she initiates a convo in a few more weeks, Ignore her or try and push to sleep with her, then ignore her if it doesn't work out?

Right but why are there girls at my gym who where make up and you all seem to love your yoga pants that highlight your ass and make it look like its the fountain of youth.Blatantly begging for attention. Why do no girls wear fucking shorts or tracksuits? You just don't want to be approached by the acne freak learning pickup

these individuals are low value, incredibly low value in fact. Smoking weed daily, drinking & taking drugs. But the group is a mixture, there are definitely a few friends in there that I want to keep.

You are right, I sometimes don't see them for months on end and when that happens I come back with much more confidence. They're not as bad as they used to be by a long shot.

That's interesting, most likely very true. These individuals always call me out for not drinking, offer me cigarettes when I've quit smoking. Saying why I'm trying so hard and why I no longer take drugs (weed ecstasy) etc.

right now I am building strength at the gym, that was my plan all along! I want to build enough strength to squat 1.5x my body weight, and bench 100kg first. I'd give it 3 more months and Ill start mma. Thanks for the advice! This just reaffirmed it!

Why?

I've gained more confidence, increased my back bone and the ability to completely hold frame. Now I am striving towards being in a position where I don't emotionally respond to anything, for example an argument, and remain logical.

I've failed so many shit tests now that I look back. But the good thing is in social situations now because of TRP and RSD I keep my eyes open and fully engaged. Now I can catch the shit tests before it manifests, but usually I'm left stunted as to what to respond with! Thanks for your insight.

What is an appropriate response? If someone said that to me I wouldn't even know what to say.

your wrong dude, a she is human just like you. We are all capable of cheating if put in the wrong environment and a few shots at the bar.

Its very common that a girl would deny to the death that she never cheated on you. She knows its relationship suicide, her emotional intelligence will kick in and it would even look completely honest when she is telling you.

I am trying to start a topic about advertisement on a TRP sub reddit. To dissect the topic with our philosophies.

Owen from RSD talks about this. Success barrier makes you oblivious to the hotter girls and makes you attracted to fatties/uglies. I did a game design course and the class was full of nerds. Their version of 10 was ugly as fuck, like a 6 at best. It was because of success barriers to preserve their egos.

How do you know if you are bipolar? I am 20 and I've lived a life full of ups and downs. Say I go to the gym and do well with coursework etc, ill be ecstatic full of confident. Literally feel like I'm on ecstasy. Skip gym for a week and its like the worst depression. Miserable to the core. Stressed & restless.

I don't get it, why should you care how many she's fucked? As long as she doesn't have any STD's and she can stay in a monogamous relationship. Someone explain the significance, girls love to get FUCKED despite what society tells us and their 'innocence'. Girls are just as fucked up as guys they just need to put on a veil of deception and pretend their not all horny little fucks.

I don't know but I haven't had sex for 4 months since I broken up with my ex and now I don't ever want to speak or talk to her again. In these 4 months I've grown so fucking much and I now despise her and the way I was around her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
