I think the first two sentences perfectly illustrate the hypocrisy of a wide majority of people. Clearly demonstrates the different mental paradigms. The other 44 percent believe some other stupid shit? Possibly.

I have no idea what you're arguing, here. People don't lift therefore you shouldn't? Cool, don't. No. I should really fill in the blanks more often. I'm really bad at that. My point was that there must be a logical reason why these guys are not in the gym pumping weights. I understand they take part in cardiovascular exercise, golf, tennis etc. I did not state they did not exercise. Just that they don't lift. But why don't they lift?

That was one example used to explain the incident. I try keep it at 50 lbs = 22.5kg per arm atm. Anyhow, thanks for your advice.

What age did your god brother move out? The issue is, if you live in an awesome environment, then theres no need to move out, but if you live in a fucked up environment, then moving out as soon as possible is the best thing that can happen.

What are you talking about? I lift four times a week.
/r/askTRP19/10/15 06:47 PM

You must be one of the biggest morons out there. Most rich people don't lift, because they're not inherently insecure. Secondly, most of these guys were born into a middle class, or upper middle class environment and were not 'born' billionaires'. No I'm not a billionaire and neither were any of these individuals I have mentioned at the ripe age of 22/23. To your other point about the cowardly attitude. I have a law degree from a top twenty institution, about to head for my international banking…

You're making the assumption that I have stopped. I'm simply stating to take it easy when lifting, as you see people trying to be macho, oh look I can lift 150kg. Do you think there's not an absolute reason that people do not lift? Why does Bill Ackman not lift? Why does Bill gates not lift? Mark Zuckerberg? Jack Dorsey? Warren Buffett? I could go on all day.

Most likely stress induced acid reflux, but definitely misrepresented with pain from the gym. It's difficult to pinpoint, going to take it easy and see what happens. Cheers for taking the time to find likely causes and the links. Props. Cheers.

Definitely not skinny, 75kg is ideal for someone of my build and eventual career in banking. You can easily snap your wrist whilst curling dumbbells above your capacity if your wrist is genetically weak, no?

What is good form though? One man's good form might be another man's weakness. Form only helps so much, then you have other factors, such as weights, genetically weak interior aka bones and organs.

It's all bullshit. A man who has his shit together will win out and the one who doesn't, won't. There's nothing to observe. You can tell how the date will go based on the first second of both individuals in motion walking towards each other. Most are stuck in their own head and have no ability to even flirt religiously with different topics because their environment consumes them, rather than consuming their environment. You can only consume your environment if you have your shit together.

Let's just say that it's tailored and depends on the individual. I can assure you I would be very happy and content. I can't be fucked to go into detail. But studies are bullshit, which are tailored to a population of neurotic people who are sheep in general. Individualism trumps anything studies specifically state to be true or false. There's no variance of absolute happiness anyway.

You see most responses like the one you have suggested is the easy option. 'Drop him as a friend immediately'. What if you don't have any other companions within your vicinity and who knows how long it will take to have another? Why does everyone on TRP recommend to drop people immediately?

Awesome advice. So what changed? What were you earning at 22, compared to 35? How has your mentality changed? When did you move out from your parental home? How much are you now worth? Do you have a uni degree, masters? Just trying to gauge where the critical point of change is at.

There could be a theory behind the reasoning, which ties in with your last sentence. I have found that if you seem too perfect, women are almost intimidated in the respect that they do not believe they deserve someone of your stature. Similar to when you used to see a HB9, and you felt like you did not have your shit together and therefore would not be able to maintain such a relationship? Ya feel me.

I have not heard of that specific test you mentioned to diagnose h pylori even with my endless research into the bacterial infection. I would recommend you get a stool test (preferred method) for h pylori, and a blood test for h pylori also, just to make sure.

How so? Most people do fine without the book. The book simply gives an analytical approach to the foundational principles. Most people do these things naturally. The book tells you how, and adds principles which could help you delve further.

Sounds like you have: Helibacter Pylori I developed gastritis and irritable bowl syndrome, nearly passed out one day taking a shit. Painful. Found out I had a bacterial bug in my intestines which causes these problems. Thank god my doctor mentioned it. Antibiotics for two weeks, and I am much better. New stool test show it has been eradicated from my body, and I no longer have IBS or G.

I agree, but money needs to be made somehow for the time being? I definitely do not want the norm and I am currently creating a concept, but I require some form of interaction with my peers, otherwise I'm going to lose my social acumen? No..?

I have read over sixty books in the past year. Now that's definitely altered my mind for the better, improved my confidence in my abilities and allowed me to implement a more action taking persona. However the information digested could be more as it is easily forgetten. I will always remember key points from each book however as you can imagine when you are reading a 700 page biography on an individual, it is very difficult to retain all the information you want!

Could I ask what the point of all this is. Let's say you're a good looking guy and can get most HB8's, does this somehow make you a better person or provide you with insane confidence? I don't get it. Because i'm that guy..and I prefer money. The main aim I thought was to make a couple of million dollars, so you can live a life that you want. There's just so many women in the world, it's not even a goal to attract hot women..
/r/TheRedPill29/09/15 11:51 PM

I honestly do not think his anxiety is that bad. Everyone comes up with some bullshit rules. Most people can flirt with women, take their number, take them on dates etc. Look at people in the face, talk loud etc. Who the fuck has the time for this fact finding mission? YES I LOOKED AT three people in the eye today. WHAT KIND OF GOAL IS THAT? I have shit to do, and money to make. The real goal is becoming rich, not some bullshit 'strike up a conversation' and you're alpha. Go sit in a coffee shop…

I started at 20 and I am now 23. I am leaps and bounds further than I ever was. But then I compare myself to other individuals. Though I have developed socially and mentally more than my peers, I just need to beat that last financial hurdle. What do outsiders think of these changes?

I have a similar relate-ability with the cons aspect. I don't relate to people anymore as they are lazy and very mediocre with their thought pattern and themselves. I don't have time to waste. I am 23, and have spent the last three years fixing my mind paradigm to understand how the world truly works. No time to waste. Read, Learn, Apply. No time to suffer fools gladly. Time is scarce.
/r/askTRP28/09/15 12:25 AM

Strangely I always wanted to work hard and accomplish big things, but I never had the paradigm or the 'truth' to follow. However, reading has brought this all to light.

Why respond? He did not say much to insult you. Domestic case. You ignore, unless he directly faces you and says it. He was trying to be funny. You'd think that being primarily european, the UK would be an ideal civilised country to emigrate from to the United States. Plus the history and somewhat shared cultures. It blows my mind sometimes.
/r/askTRP24/09/15 01:19 AM

Why do people keep saying that the US is not that great? It's the entrepreneur hub of the world. Every major company that resides in England is a subsidiary of a parent company in the United States. You guys have more free reign over your land than you can imagine.

I understand that, but how can you make someone transcend into something like that. Most people feel like they have enough worries and do not have the time or patience for meditation. You need to create a life where meditation is a complementary appetiser rather than the main course meal. It will never work to supplement a very shitty life.

How can you help someone who just wants to be loved and no more hassle and disease from this cruel world? That's all man has ever wanted.

I find it funny how people think you can make a man born most likely in the 1960's transcend into becoming a meditation hippie. Their habits and brains are not wired like ours. We live in a completely different era and they have accepted that reality can't be changed. We know that we can mould ourselves to become great, they simply did it unconsciously to a mediocre degree, if at all.

You see I am the opposite. I am aware of most things in my environment. This was as a result of being bullied as a youngster, so I became overly cautious and observant looking for my bullies. It's not a good thing to be too observant as it takes up too much of your energy. Observe what you need to observe in the moment and nothing more. I observe everything when in conversation, ranging from subtle body language to topic of conversation, tonality, etc. It's natural for me, but there's a desire t…

People have the misconception of the need to obtain experience in the workforce then start a company, it's wrong and wastes a lot of time. You want real wealth? Then get your job, whatever, but grab two hundred books on business, philosophy, economics, biographies, wall street, history, and understand how the world actually works. A corporation will teach you how to deal with people, but that's all bullshit anyway. You want real money? Then you have to start as soon as possible. Read Barack Obam…

If you're after real wealth, a career is generally not going to get you there. You have to be willing to spend a lot of time in isolation in your early twenties, studying the greats, controlling your emotions, grasping the world and where it's heading and finally starting a company that is acquirable within a five year time span. It's no easy task. Most people think i'm insane for even embarking on this journey.

Practice and past experience. These are two key facets that you must understand. Here's why: people are very similar and the world is limited to the current context of knowledge, therefore people fall into very similar categories. That's why you must practice with different people and eventually you'll categorise conversations with each and it will become natural. Past experiences with these people will allow your brain to work unconsciously to decipher the context, your responses and it will be…

You can gauge how a girl will react based on her disposition to certain questions. I'm dedicated like no other, I can game well, I look good, I just can't break this last barrier of my game, and resistance is heavy.

I feel like I don't deserve it and all the prior negative events that deemed my self esteem below that of which is essential to be deemed cool enough to fuck this chick. These thoughts come flooding in, ranging from i'm not good enough to, you don't deserve this and never will.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
