I have several more points of contention with your comment, for example, the statements that men are expected to lead the conversation and women don't have conversational skills. First, women don't expect or want men to lead the conversation, in fact the data on how women and men speak shows that women are more adept at reciprocal conversation than men. Women don't expect a conversation to require someone to lead, conversation is a reciprocal, active participation activity that requires particip…

That bumble data height filter graph has been all over the internet but there's no information on how exactly the data was collected or who created the graph. It's spread like crazy because it confirms men's assumption that women are the problem when men aren't having any success dating. I have a really hard time believing the graph is accurate for a few reasons. First, not all women filter for height or if they do they may not every time they search. Height filters are set as a range, so it's h…

Pretty sure that any guy who has to break social skills down into discrete skill sets like "knows what inflection is necessary" is not the social mastermind he thinks he is. People who are naturally more socially adept don't think about their social performance in terms like op's, it would never occur to them to assess and rank their social performance because it's ridiculous. You can't win a social activity, it's supposed to be enjoyable simply to spend time with friends and/or meet new people …

The only betas are the dudes who actually think the alpha/beta thing is real. Your views on women are so off base that they would be funny if they weren't so dangerous.

I still think it's creepy but if it makes for a happy relationship who am I to condemn it,I suppose. There definitely are women out there who want that type of dynamic.

😂 😂 😂 sure you are, and sure you have 😂😂😂 If you were actually an "ex- model" who has fucked "more attractive human beings" than I have a few things would be true. You wouldn't feel the need to respond to a comment clearly meant to bait this exact type of hyperbolic response to a random stranger on the internet because they inferred that you're a virgin. No man who has actually had sex refers to the women he's slept with as "attractive human beings". Oh, hello miss, you are an attractive human b…

No bitterness, just questions- Do you believe that all women should defer to men at all times, that men are inherently better, smarter, possess non-physical traits that make them superior humans or do you just want that dynamic in your relationship? If it's the latter, doesn't that mean that you recognize that the woman you're in a relationship with is simply playing the role of a submissive woman, not that she doesn't possess the same potential intellectual aptitude as yours? If you know that s…

"Being challenged respectfully, once in a while"🙄 Ie- if I'm being an idiot, a jackass, or just spouting completely false information, don't try to correct me unless you do it respectfully, and not too often. Please, my ego. It's very fragile.

Maybe not but the number you came up with because it supports your argument is hardly valid. As you said, there may not be a research institute on sex work but that doesn't indicate a lack of peer reviewed research studies and journal articles on sex work.

Website is ridiculous. This is how they describe the contributors, but you can't find any actual names or sources. "About Us We are a group of scholars, scientists, and working professions interested in sharing information about why people lie to, and cheat on, those they love. More importantly, all of the articles provided on our site are written by someone who has a PhD in one of the social sciences, except for the section on politicians and infidelity and our featured blog." Ah yes, the very …

Do you have a source for that figure or are you just unable to wrap your head around the idea that some men actually enjoy the company of women?

The sugar baby/daddy relationship is sex work but it's a different arrangement than excorts or prostitutes. It's kind of like having a "kept woman", there is a relationship between SB and SD that's more equitable than an escort/prostitute-client transaction. The women are in it for the financial benefits, of course, but the SB doesn't have to just do whatever the client wants for the time he's paying her. It's much closer to having a mistress, both the sex and emotional relationship are necessar…

It's because their egos are very, very fragile. White men are finally being held accountable for their behavior and privilege and they are melting down. They need to believe that the right woman for them will submit to them because the idea that a woman would think for herself and potentially challenge them on their views is terrifying.

But thank you for the perfect example of the type of comment that might be shared to the fb group. If you're willing to verbally abuse women online for correcting your doxxing definition then what happens in person when a woman disagrees with you? A comment like that isn't criminal but it sure as shit is indicative of potential abuse.

Ah yes, the equivalent of assault and controlling, abusive behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/23 09:23 AM

A lot of the posts I see don't even have the man's first name and definitely no personal information, so, nope, not even close to doxxing. "Doxxing (also spelled doxing) is the act of revealing someone's personal information online. Doxxing is a form of online harassment that means publicly exposing someone's real name, address, job, or other identifying data. Doxxing happens without a victim's consent, with the aim of humiliating or bullying a victim."

But that's not doxxing. And it doesn't have to be a crime to be a huge red flag for potential abuse. The whole point is to avoid assault, men who abuse women have lots of behaviors that aren't criminal and women know what to look for. Like a man demanding that she wear a specific outfit on the first date. Not criminal, but super fucking weird and controlling.

Well, if women didn't represent 90% of rape and sexual assault victims this still wouldn't make sense but given that they do, your comment is bullshit.

How is it doxxing? Do you even know what that word means? "The women are telling each other when we assault or rape them! With the pictures from our public dating profile! Why can't we assault them in peace?!"

OK, let me get this straight- to the female equivalent of men who physically threaten and assault women is women who have a lot of casual sex? God, men just can't help telling on themselves.

sigh Misogyny no, the groups do not roast the guy's looks and if someone starts they get shut down quickly the posts about abusive men always have multiple women reporting similar stories. By your logic all these women were ghosted and then came up with matching stories of threatening or abusive behavior by the man posted because they're all just so mad about it and think it's ok to lie about sexual assault. men like you are mad that women are holding them accountable doesn't make women liars. I…

So, correct me if I'm wrong, you're equating women who have had multiple sexual partners to men who checks notes are emotionally, sexually, physically abusive, and/or stalk women when they're rejected? If men want to have a group to warn each other about abusive women on dating apps in their city, have at it. If men want to have a group to slut shame women they can do that too, but don't cry when people call it misogynist. I have yet to see a post in my dating the same guy group that mentions th…

I'm pretty sure that if men wanted to have a fb group warning other men of abusive, dangerous women on dating apps in their city nobody would stop them.

The 20 most recent posts in my city's group are as follows: 12 women asking about any red flags on men they have plans with before their date, no responses from the group, Ie no red flags. 4 neutral responses, ex "he's cute, went on a couple dates last year but no chemistry". 4 red flag posts. Each of them with at least 5 women with stories of the men in question being verbally abusive, sexually aggressive and pushy, and/or stalking behaviors. Believe it or not, women don't sit around thinking o…
