People on here get really anti semitic and islamophobic when they talk about circumcision too...

I think as well one thing MRAs ignore is that because men are the ones at the top - they are the ones crafting the policy. They will craft policies that will also specifically benefit them as men - and those benefits will trickle down to the system below. One extremely salient example being how powerful men can custom tailor the system so allegations of abuse/assault directed at them have no impact. Ie designing a system with numerous loopholes/getarounds. Male abusers who don't have that power …

a woman human rights chief in Ukraine that perpetuated the false idea of 'systematic rape' by russian soldiers as an incentive to keep men fighting That's not a false idea. Rape is widespread by armies during wars and it is disgusting to deny that.

Many feminists actually do, why don't you guys actually read papers or etc from feminists about this issue? It's actually interesting.

That wasn't a negative comment on it, I forgot to put a question mark at the end of the first sentence.

To clarify- not an MRA or a feminist. (a lot of my posts in /r/MRA is ironically defending feminism lol), if you read what happened, the punishment is pretty massive especially for the case. OP said judge dropped charges for possession and charged him for distribution despite no intent(kinda weird there, I don't quite exactly understand this) Many comments in there blatantly hope the worst for him, and OP tries to paint a positive picture of him. I never said that he shouldn't be punished, but I…

All MRA top comments(as in not replies) are removed from /r/feminism.

So don't ask women where they're from or stare at them. Yuppity yup yup. Also how come top MRA posts are always just images? Why not articles or studies?

MRA sub usually has pretty vague links and I haven't seen a LOT of link studies. The feminist sub usually has the same kind of arguing, but they use studies more frequently instead of arguing just about logic.

What's so controversial about LBGT rights?

I've seen feminists address some issues related to men but always seems to want to connect it to the idea of patriarchy. Everything has to be patriarchy.

Something funny about the feminist sub, all the top comments(as in any comment that's not a reply) HAS to be about feminism or its deleted. It's probably more of a weird rule but still.

Also I'm curious on feminism and mensrights thoughts on individualism/satinism/objectivism.

The men's right group isn't perfect. I also wouldn't be surprised if a majority of us were libertarians. There are a lot of really controversial issues, although from regularly going through the MRA sub and feminism sub I can say that there are far more arguments on here and that troll comments are usually downvoted to hell. Also /r/feminism is a dying sub lol.

I think the military deaths for women is a little misleading....

I know I was being a sort of grammar nazi. I think people mean gender role when they usually discuss gender.

Gender is not a term due to sexual reproductive organs.
/r/MensRights24/04/14 07:17 PM

Wrong. Sex is the term to refer someone's biological sex. You know there are like more than 40 genders right?

Sex ≠ gender

TERFS hate transexxuals, lots of feminists despise TERFS. You could read the goals of the /r/ feminism and you'll see a striking correlation between them and MRM. Although it only has like 36k subscribers and I don't see them on the front page that often.

This is an extremely rough ethical issue(this poster might actually dissuade actual rape victims from speaking out)

Has SNL ever done a skit on feminism as bad as this one?

I don't understand why they banned you, there's another AMA by Erin Prizzy where she downright says feminism is the cause of all the problems and that some countries are even trying to ban criticizing it. Mind confused as hell.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
