Gym questions.Start with "Starting Strength" or "Stronglifts". In my opinion those 2 are the best way to get started with lifting. The two programs are basically the same, only the selected exercises are different. I personally prefer Stronglifts. Browse both sites, and try to find out which of the two you prefer. Once you figured that out digest either the Starting Strength e-book, or the Stronglifts website according to your choice. | /r/askTRP | 30/04/16 02:08 PM
How can I improve my SMV beyond these things?Wraps or straps? Straps help pull you more weigth so you can overload your lats and traps, but do hinder grip strength and muscle development in the underarms. So always try to go as heavy as possible without straps. Wraps are extra support for your wrists and as far as I know they don't hinder anything. Correct me if I'm wrong. | /r/askTRP | 18/04/16 05:53 AM
How can I improve my SMV beyond these things?Don't order weight lifting gloves they kill grip strength and hinder the development of the muscles in your underarms. The hands of a man are suppose to be rough. I never heard a girl complain about rough hands, a lot of girls even like it because it is manly. If callus is a problem you can always remove it, there are several methods to do that. | /r/askTRP | 17/04/16 09:24 PM
Is Metabolic Syndrome (MetS) partly to blame for the decline of masculinity?Gymnema Sylvestre will help with that, but exercise is key. Did you use Gymnema Sylvestre? | /r/TheRedPill | 13/04/16 07:36 AM

Does cooking make you beta?I live in a apartment high in the sky with a small balcony. So unfortunately BBQ'ing isn't a option for me. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 10:18 PM
Does cooking make you beta?Eating that much out is definitely a waste of money. Cooking is a fun and useful skill. I enjoy food more if I put effort in it. Also eating out for me feels like a special occasion because I don't do it often. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 10:17 PM
Does cooking make you beta?I've read the sidebar. I thought my question would be allowed because it wasn't meant to be a question about something being generally beta or not. But more about if cooking dinner would negatively impact the dynamics of my relationship. I generalised the question a bit to make the information I receive more widely applicable. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 10:11 PM
Does cooking make you beta?I definitely need to learn how to make more grill meals! | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 10:04 PM
Does cooking make you beta?Where I am from cooking diner and eating at home is the norm. I don't even know one person that eats out every week. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 10:03 PM
Does cooking make you beta? For me cooking as a career is different than cooking at home in an household setting. My question was purely focused on the household setting, because cooking diner is often seen as the role of a female. So I was interested if occupying that role as man conflicts with the energy between a man and a woman. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 10:00 PM
Does cooking make you beta? That is very useful information, thank you for taking the time to explain. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 09:57 PM
Does cooking make you beta?I agree, doing things you enjoy is important and stopping with it because it ain't "alpha" is silly. | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 09:56 PM
Does cooking make you beta? You can even get them involved and tell/teach them to do stuff taking on a captain/first mate dynamic. I really like the idea of implementing the captain/first mate dynamic into cooking. I'll try this ASAP. Thank you for this insight! Don't let her start expecting it though and push you into making food for her whenever she wants. I only make food for her when we eat together. I'll never cook something just for her, because she wants it. I'm not an errand boy. However currently I do always cook … | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 09:54 PM
Does cooking make you beta? What do you test when you cook for a woman? What are you looking for on that date and how does that translate in a potential plate/LTR status? | /r/askTRP | 04/04/16 09:30 PM
I'm almost certain that I did stunt my height. Would you regret if you were me?I'm also 3" shorter than my father was. | /r/askTRP | 29/03/16 09:32 PM
I'm almost certain that I did stunt my height. Would you regret if you were me?I don't agree. I'm shorter than average and it has never been a problem for me. Just try it. What is the alternative? Living in self pity and missing out? Don't waste time on being sad if you have the power to work towards something better. Life is too fucking short for that. | /r/askTRP | 29/03/16 08:46 PM
I'm almost certain that I did stunt my height. Would you regret if you were me?I would have no regrets. Life happens, mistakes are made. The only thing you can do now is accept your mistakes, learn from them and move forward. Height isn't the most important thing for your SMV. I know enough guys that are small (smaller than the girls they hang out with) that pull enough girls. There are a lot of other factors that can improve your SMV, so work on them. Educate yourself, try to find a good job that you also like, lift some weights and bulk up, etc. There are enough posts ab… | /r/askTRP | 29/03/16 08:36 PM

Rules of TRP on low libido or asexual womenAre there any specific red flags to be aware of for the scenario I described? | /r/askTRP | 01/03/16 09:38 PM
Rules of TRP on low libido or asexual womenI tried searching for more information on this topic but I couldn't find much. Too bad "true" red pillers avoid these wells of problems. I think the topic is interesting and learning more about it can widen our understanding of women. I agree with you that low libido or asexuality can have different causes. But if females search for the best male match and AWALT, that means that every type of women you described will still look for "her" best match. If a woman has a low libido for example becaus… | /r/askTRP | 01/03/16 09:33 PM
