But here me out, I thinks its a sham in the western world; From what I've seen it's been women celebrating being women, while I think that it's a great idea to celebrate women's day, the name is all wrong. Mostly the west has treated it like mother's day and father's day, and I believe it shouldn't be; I would love for there to be a national women's day, and a national men's day, where on each day it celebrates women and men respectively and can have … | /r/MensRights | 09/03/17 02:28 PM |

| – | Why pushing for women in stem doesn't matterThis is in the UK, these are subjects that are chosen to be done and not forced upon students. There are more engineers/scientists currently in the workforce due to sexism in the last 40 years, but you can't look at the work force to see a representation of people currently going into science, right now more women are choosing to go into science than men. | /r/MensRights | 12/08/16 10:39 AM |
| 6 | NHS sets 50:50 gender quota to get more women in boardroomIf you wanted to get a 50/50 quota of all staff in the NHS you would have to fire 70% of the women who work in the NHS. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/16 08:42 PM |
| 5 | NHS sets 50:50 gender quota to get more women in boardroomI'd prefer they address the fact that 23% of people that work for the NHS are male. Sure there is some disparity in the board room, but there is over three times as many women working for the NHS than there is men. They are all well and fine trying to get more women in science, but god help us if men were a minority. (More women are currently doing science in further education, though they won't tell you that). | /r/MensRights | 11/08/16 08:31 PM |
