This is why vetting is important. If you are dating someone who is happy to run off with drug dealing ugly exes, then you haven't got a catch. One thing you have to realize is, while there are fundamentals to human sexual market value, not all women are equally wise in making decisions. Just because you have a good SMV, doesn't mean she values the real shit. Some would rather date a criminal, than a doctor.

Psychopathy doesn't really exist other than anti-social personality disorder. Ultimately, these aren't just "behavioral" traits, it's the maldevelopment of the brain. It's nothing to aspire to, it's a destructive condition which is hard to manage and can cause real misery for others. Trying to shape your personality around a medical disorder is really stupid.
