I started taking classes 3 months ago and I go twice a week (due to my schedule as well). I show up 30m in advance to jump rope then do the 1h30 minute class. Planning on sparring in the near future Go 2 times a week, put in the work and run on your off days

Nice post man. It’s funny how at one point we realize that we are grateful for getting dumped by a girlfriend in a toxic LTR (happened in my case, and I’m not ashamed to admit it). It’s then that we start to see how actually blue pilled wired we were and that acting that way was actually one of the main culprits for the breakup. Going through this period of analyzing one self and learning TRP principles is the beginning of the journey to become the best version of who you can be.

I related to many things from your post. I recently started and still am going through my own form of monk mode. I read as much as I can, exercise as much as I can and work on myself as much as I can. Nobody cares at what time you go to bed during the week and you shouldn’t either. The reason you think about this is the fear of the perception others would have knowing that you sleep at 10h while they are out partying/drinking. I had the same issue for a moment but I consider sleep way more impor…
