3	"Poor" shaming while riding public transit I have no stakes in your 'ebonics' argument but I see a flaw in the argument of societal change in the fundamentals of grammar and spelling being equal to the 'corruption' of the English language. Although I can be a stickler when it comes to grammar myself, I understand the 'evolution of language' argument, even if the only observable change is (for now at least) confined in the least educated people in a population.
