I run a small business and we have 2 women working here. If they gave me 2 day's notice that they would be attending the woman's march, I'd wish them well and grant them paid leave. If they suddenly didn't show up to work and came in the next day with that excuse, I'd probably give them a warning. If they talked back about me not caring about women's issues like that woman did, I'd 100% fire them too.

It's just a general rule of thumb, like calculating your BMI by just using an online questionnaire. It's not set in stone. Of course different people have different dimensions, like someone with big hands or long fingers would still be able to touch their fingers even while being overweight and someone with smaller hands won't be able to even though they aren't overweight.

Depends on the frame. It'll be much more common in women since their frames are naturally smaller. Look at Tilda Swinton for example, she's around 6' and can't weight more than 130 lbs. Edit: Just checked, she's 5'11 and 122 lbs. Gwendoline Christie is 6'3" and 160 lbs.

Weight depends a lot on your frame as well. People generally only look at the height but forget the width of a human. I've seen 6'+ people who weighed 140 lbs and some who weighed almost twice as much and both were considered healthy. Good way to check your frame is with the wrist check.
