The advice I can give about pursuing your objectives is practicing in little bits instead of a bunch all of sudden. For example, instead of going to the gym everyday, go 3 days a week and when you feel confortable, go 4, then 5 etc. Do this is every other aspect as well and you'll be much closer to your goals. In the end, doing little is better than doing nothing and you'll evetually be able do more and more. I was obese when I was a teen and I'm much more slim today thanks to this kind of think…

I don't really plan to retire totally, I just want different ways to work that are not a 9-5 job. Because just relaxing without any work is not fulfilling to me; Other than that, I'll be collecting vintage menswear garments and accessories, playing good story driven games and reading good books.

Well, at least here in Rio, things are not at all that good. Most women here look veeeeery bad. They start to look better in the rich neighborhoods like Copacabana ou Barra da Tijuca.
