It’s not even a debate among medical professionals whether or not measures such as masks, hand-washing, social distancing, etc decreases spread. You just do it dude haha. There’s no other way :) you have to make that calculated decision, to be disciplined moving forward. Point is, you’re being as foolish as the people you quoted me on by not getting the vaccine, if you’re determined fit to get it and you’re lucky enough to have it available to you. Yea I just go by feel. When the opportunity seems right. I won’t ask it as the first question in meeting a girl hahaha. Interesting point of view. Haha. Man I think most people would unnecessarily hate me if I disclosed that so openly. So I don’t know if you were being serious or not hehe. Hahaha yea I know it sounds bad, but I kind of make up for it by going for very high reps per set. Personally not a fan lower rep ranges. Not sure what my capacity is for my lower rep ranges which is why I just put the weights I lift with regularly.
