Breast cancer affects both sexes. I agree that more should be done for male cancers such as testicular and especially prostate, but that is the argument you will face should you come up with this to the school administration. That said, there is no reason why you cannot try, so bring it up and see what kind of response you get. Not only this - but the most important statistic, workplace deaths and injuries are majority men. Men are far more likely to die or be injured in the workplace. I don't advocate for women to do dangerous work, but I advocate for an end to quotas in the workplace. The best candidate, regardless of gender, should get the job. I don't believe there is any evidence that can point to the two hosts having their contracts terminated due to this specific incident, but I guess it was part of it. There were apologies made from each of the hosts on the subject, though they weren't truly heartfelt or convincing. I don't watch or care for the show and I can only hope that they are no longer repeating any instances like this and actively talking about how to save young boys from the horror of circumcision.

The wife really enjoys the show and i've seen bits and pieces. It seems over the top with it's dialogue choices (at least what I read in the article), but then backs it up with over the top scenes that aren't in the same light. But then, that's life isn't it? I've been to Thailand a few times, and definitely on Khao San Road, among other tourist districts in Thailand, the nightlife is definitely skewed towards getting foreign men to part with cash. She's obviously not a friend. Drop her from your friendship immediately and let her know why. Then get the support you need - through real friends, family, even professional. If you feel you need to press charges - you may do so. It will be an uphill battle, but if you say no and you are forced - it is rape, the person can be charged and jailed for it - and you will feel better knowing that that person can not pray on anyone else.

There are multiple routes he could take. He could make an official complaint to the police about her false rape charge, and see that she is charged (this is against the law). He could sue her for slander and false imprisonment. He could request that any record he has is expunged.
