I imagine it's the same reason they all wear the same uniform. That plus having bright orange hair is basically saying "please shoot me in the head" lol

Obviously simping is retarded, but it's nowhere near as bad as abusing children. Pedos will always be worse
/r/MensRights20/10/21 06:50 PM

Eh, it's their money. Doesn't bother me what they spend it on even if I disagree with it
/r/MensRights17/10/21 08:18 PM
9

Fair point. It's certainly hard to tell and there's a lot of overlap
/r/MensRights17/10/21 08:18 PM

How so?
/r/MensRights17/10/21 07:50 PM

At least it's a private school so it's not paid for by our tax dollars
/r/MensRights17/10/21 07:22 PM
9

It's good to know that it's a private school. If someone wants to pay for that type of environment with their own money, it's not really my concern. Even though it's pretty weird

I feel like for this person there is some mental illness involved. No sane person would feel this personally violated because the people installing her radiator happen to be men
/r/MensRights17/10/21 07:16 PM

I know it's not for everyone, but getting into fitness was honestly one of the best things I've ever done. Not only am I generally healthier, my self confidence has improved greatly. Ironically enough, my mom is the reason I started working out
/r/MensRights17/10/21 01:59 AM

Yup. Unfortunately insurance is required for some things Edit: Also, social security is even worse
/r/MensRights15/10/21 10:50 PM

If he sold of all of his assets, stocks, company, property, etc and then equally distributed all of that money each person would get a little over $15. I would argue that by creating a company that employs nearly anyone at a competitive pay does more to help people than anything else. I have friends who work there who confirm that the starting pay is somewhat better than most other places that don't require a specific education
/r/MensRights15/10/21 10:22 PM
1

The main reason I'm opposed to that is because of insurance premiums and such. If more people get injured, everyone starts paying more. But if this wasn't the case, my position may be different
/r/MensRights15/10/21 10:04 PM

I generally agree, but all workers should still have some level of basic rights. Look at the random accidents in China that happen that are completely preventable
/r/MensRights15/10/21 09:41 PM

70% would be considered absolutely absurd in the US by most people. I guess it comes down to the difference in cultural values and such. Thanks for sharing this with me!
/r/MensRights15/10/21 07:57 PM

Interesting. At what tax percentage do you think you would get called "too far left" in Denmark. Sorry for the somewhat vague question, but I would like to better understand how things are in other countries
/r/MensRights15/10/21 07:40 PM

I ended up being more of less libertarian. Not the kind of libertarian that wants to abolish the age of consent or anything, but I just want the government to stop doing a lot of things because they fuck it up every time they try
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:35 PM
-1

I doubt they'll be able to give you one. I've argued with those types before. They can tell you about how Bezos is unethical but can't really explain what makes him unethical. It seems that some people are just salty when other people have more money than themselves
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:27 PM
4

You get to choose between the giant douche and the turd sandwich lol
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:24 PM
2

After dealing with the government on multiple levels, I find that I trust them far less than I used to. That's probably the biggest thing that pushed me towards libertarian/minarchism
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:24 PM
3

The Republicans have some things I support, but I can't get behind the rediculous military/Isreal spending. Not when there are so many other things those tax dollars could be used for locally
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:22 PM
1

How does that work? Are the left wing people in Denmark super left by US standards, or are they somewhere else?
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:21 PM
1

Sounds close to libertarian to me
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:19 PM
24

Same. Unfortunately no one really takes libertarians seriously. And the self proclaimed libertarians who want to abolish age of consent and OSHA make us look that much worse. I just don't want my tax dollars wasted on stupid shit lol
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:18 PM
1

Sounds like a bunch of commies lol
/r/MensRights15/10/21 05:17 PM
8

Sounds like you're saying women aren't fit for construction work. Seems a bit sexist to me
/r/MensRights12/10/21 04:46 PM
6

If Harvard picked people based off of academic performance and such and didn't take into account race, it would be like 90% Asian lol
/r/MensRights12/10/21 04:45 PM
3

My dad was in engineering and has similar experiences. Most of the women were unimpressive, but kept the jobs because they couldn't fire them. It kind of sucked for the one woman who was actually really good at her job, but a lot of people assumed she was a diversity hire
/r/MensRights12/10/21 04:41 PM
2

Kerb crawlers? What's that?
/r/MensRights01/10/21 07:40 PM
81

A lot of counties in the east have mandatory military service for men only so you tell me lol
/r/MensRights24/09/21 07:52 PM
2

So apparently it's not good enough to have a "don't assault people" law? We need a "don't assault people, but especially don't assault these people in specific" lol
/r/MensRights23/09/21 06:30 PM
1

At this rate it's basically going to turn into FDS which is the last thing I want happening here. Because at that point it's a matter of time before we catch a ban
/r/MensRights22/09/21 10:50 PM
4

Always happy to have a good ending. Do you have any plans to pursue legal action? It seems that you have sufficient evidence to show that the accusation was made with malicious intent
/r/MensRights22/09/21 12:56 PM
4

Agreed. Being aware of the issues that some women cause is reasonable. Assuming that all women will cause issues is far less reasonable. In fact, that's basically what a lot of self "feminists" do when they say all men are bad
/r/MensRights22/09/21 12:54 PM

"Back in my day I'd work at my factory job for 2 weeks and then go and buy 60 acres and a house to raise my family. You kids are just lazy!"
/r/MensRights20/09/21 06:08 PM
18

"Back in my day I could talk to the CEO of a local factory and get a job on the spot for $2 a day. You kids are just lazy" lol
/r/MensRights20/09/21 05:34 PM
1

Then they're gonna start using terms like "people of uterus" or something lol
/r/MensRights09/09/21 03:51 PM
2

Not really. Punching people in the face for saying stupid shit makes you puts you down at their level in my opinion
/r/MensRights09/09/21 03:50 PM
2

I'm not saying all lefties are sexist of course, but feminists almost always skew left. Check out r/feminism. A right leaning opinion will never last more than an hour before it's deleted or at least downvoted to the bottom of the comments. In my personal experience, left leaning people are far more likely to be outspoken feminists than right leaning people. Especially since many Dem politians like to talk about the "horrible sexism against women" and everything

I'm honestly not sure why anyone feels an obligation to "society" beyond being a generally good person. I work hard to build a better life for myself and my family, not for the sake of people I don't even know
/r/MensRights31/08/21 10:19 PM

My old high school japanese teacher told us that when he was on a train in Japan with a lot of women, he would wear his backpack backwards (on the front of him) and set his iPad on it to play games. He said not only does this make it really convenient to play games, it means that no one can reasonably accuse him of groping them. I found it kind of funny and sad at the same time
/r/MensRights27/08/21 01:45 PM
17

To be fair I don't think anyone wants to work for the government lol
/r/MensRights25/08/21 10:50 PM
8

Sound like you're teaching your kids right! I'm glad my parents raised me this way too. None of the "don't hit girls" but instead "don't hit anyone, but if they hit you first then punch them in the face as hard as you can"
/r/MensRights22/08/21 02:32 PM

Sounds like you may have found a good gf!
/r/PussyPassDenied13/08/21 04:30 PM

Or even better, swap girls with white people and boys with black people. People would lose their shit
/r/MensRights13/08/21 04:21 PM

Maybe seek treatment or therapy? Some level of anxiety is natural, but when it causes problems it should be treated
/r/MensRights02/08/21 06:04 PM

That sums it up pretty well. Anyone who thinks the government is looking out for their best interest is a next level dumbass
/r/MensRights31/07/21 11:13 PM

Yeah I learned a while back that it's not worth my time to argue with every retard on the internet. It's probably not going to change their opinion and it's not exactly doing anything for you either
/r/MensRights31/07/21 12:24 AM

I just don't take reddit stuff too seriously and I unsub from any subs with too many retards
/r/MensRights26/07/21 02:19 AM

Well he did make a lot of mistakes. So maybe be careful with how you interact with people?
/r/MensRights24/07/21 07:54 PM

So I think the better message is be careful who you interact with
/r/MensRights24/07/21 07:53 PM

After reading through the article, I have to agree with this. I don't really understand why he spent so much money on all of her stuff, especially since they were just dating. Even though the laws are fucked, he really should've been more careful

That's pretty cool. I've heard that some adoption groups won't let singe men adopt kids, even if they're fully qualified to do so. Of course, I'd want to get a bunch of money to retire early which is probably the bigger challenge lol
/r/MensRights13/07/21 06:48 PM
3

I hope laws change at some point. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like it will happen any time soon. I've already decided that I don't want my own kids. They're a lot of time and money and honestly, I'm not sure that I would be able to give them the attention and care that they need. Maybe if I have a ton of money I'll retire early and adopt some kids or something lol
/r/MensRights13/07/21 06:20 PM

Reading the article, this guy's whole situation is depressing. He's literally lost everything except for his life, and he may lose that soon as well. Japan is a cool place, but they have a lot of weird practices and laws
/r/MensRights13/07/21 05:33 PM

I always make sure I check in with my friends. Ask them how everything is going and if they have issues, ask if they want to talk about. Many people don't have anyone to go to. But listening to them without interrupting or judging can help in a lot of cases

Right, but you don't say that someone was going 104 mph just because the collision speed adds up to 104
/r/PussyPassDenied28/06/21 02:32 AM

That's not how that works. And regardless, it happened in a 40 zone
/r/PussyPassDenied28/06/21 01:54 AM

What legitimate accident happens at 104 mph?
/r/PussyPassDenied28/06/21 01:36 AM

They'll ban you for anything and everything. I got banned for pointing out that birth control is free or very inexpensive in most parts of the world
/r/MensRights21/06/21 01:13 AM

The law punishes those who make false rape accusations. If you legitimately got raped, it doesn't apply to you. And keep in mind, there's a difference between having a lack of evidence either way and proving that a claim was made with malicious intent. I would argue that this is actually better for women because less false accusations means that rape reports will be taken more seriously

Good point lol. It's kind of sad when people use any excuse to justify their own shortcomings. Sure, not everyone is given an even playing field, but that's no excuse to be lazy

Most women can't even get "too masculine" with a normal workout routine. My mom is fairly muscular, but literally has to work out for an hour or more 6 days a week. And she eats a fuckton of protein and everything. A woman casually working out won't get that big

Yeah that's fair. Probably not the best idea to burn the house down, as tempting as it may be. It makes me wonder what I would do in that situation. One one hand, it is human nature to get revenge. But getting said revenge could leave you even more fucked than you were before. I really don't know, but I wish the best for op!

It was a lot of things about redistributing wealth. Tax the rich more, give more money to people. It sounds cool on paper, but has a lot of flaws. A lot of his suggested policies would massively increase government spending and the taxes to support it. I also don't like that because it relies on the government to not fuck things up. As someone who's dealt with the government on multiple levels, the less they have to do the better. They have managed to fuck up the most basic possible things. It g…

This is part of the reason that it's so important we support the men around us. I try to check in with my friends periodically, especially if I know that they're struggling with something. I think a lot of people benefit from having someone listen to them without any judgement

According to my dad's lawyer, white men have a very hard time showing discrimination in court. He said that it's only worth doing if you're a "protected class" like women, gay people, black/POC, etc

/r/MensRights27/04/21 02:09 PM

My sister told me to not tell her friends who she voted for because if they found out they would be mad or something. In my experience, some guys are assholes and some women are assholes. Although I would agree that comradery is more common among men. It kind of reminds me of that one survival show where they had 2 nearly identical islands, but one had only women and the only had only men. Within a few days, the men had food, shelter, etc and made a pretty cool looking camp. The women ended up with no food or shelter and needed help.

That sucks! As many issues as the US has, I'm glad I don't have to deal with any of the mandatory military shit. It's funny, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to join the army if I wanted to because I have a history of "mental health problems" (ADD, lol)
/r/MensRights19/04/21 03:40 PM
3

Probably not. At least if all of the guys (except for the ones that pay their way out) are in the military, you probably won't get bullied as much. I can't imagine that many of the guys really want to be there or make it any harder than it has to be
/r/MensRights19/04/21 02:59 PM

I would say to beat up the biggest guy on the first day but I can't imagine that would end well in the military...
/r/MensRights19/04/21 02:56 PM

/r/MensRights19/04/21 02:53 PM

That's unfortunate. I wonder if there's any way to "identify" as a female? I'm not really sure how things work in Turkey so idk
/r/MensRights19/04/21 02:48 PM

Oh damn. And I'm assuming it's specifically for men?
/r/MensRights19/04/21 02:44 PM

You don't always have to chose one of those 2 options. Trade school is the best decision I've ever made and cost a whole lot less than my sister's college, even with her scholarship. Of course, if you are going into a specific field then expensive college may not be optional
/r/MensRights19/04/21 02:40 PM

/r/MensRights24/03/21 10:13 PM

I don't get it either. I think too many people get caught up in the whole thing about "fuck rich people, redistribute wealth" without knowing what communism actually does to people. And when they do read about it they whip out the "bUt tHaT wAsNt rEaL cOmMuNiSm". I guess some people just need someone else to blame for their own shortcomings

I agree that someone shouldn't be thrown in jail just because the person they claimed was a rapist wasn't charged. However, I think there are too many cases where someone falsely claims someone is a rapist, and even when it is obviously fake, nothing happens to them. I know it has been said for a long time, but they should get whatever the other person would've gotten had it gone through if they can clearly prove it was fake. Also, I hope you're ok after being attacked :)
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/19 07:37 PM
