| 1 | Has anyone actually suffered from depression and been able to overcome it? I am so down all the time and don't know what to doI don't know if this will help but, I was depressed for 4 years. Life felt pointless and it felt like things would never get better, I cried a lot and was close to giving up. Luckily I had a supportive family and the drive to improve my situation.
