3	Why self improvement won't solve your dating problems Thank you OP, I made this mistake. I’m 23 and am in good shape, attractive, have a good career, hobbies, friends. But I struggle hard with real life approaching women. Even when they make it clear for me to approach. Wish I got comfortable with it while I was in college but I was too “busy” with all the other self-improvement stuff. At least that’s what I told myself.
