MeToo movement never mentioned anything about an ugliness scale. That’s a detail you just decided on.

Women announced they didn’t like things that were happening to women. And rather than agreeing, you as a man feel we need to silence those women for discussing their feelings. Does that seem like a fair synopsis?
/r/MensRights15/10/23 01:51 PM

Yes. Incels are so misogynistic that any misogynist comment will make you look like an incel.
/r/MensRights15/10/23 01:47 PM

So MeToo is guilty of women telling people how they feel? And you don’t like those feelings?
/r/MensRights15/10/23 01:46 PM

The incel culture is very real. There are many places still left online. Are you being called an incel because you are subscribing to their belief system about women? Talking about ‘Chad’s’ and ‘tyrones’ and ‘betas’. Because that would get you called an incel.

Make what moral? Speaking out against someone that assaulted you?
/r/MensRights15/10/23 01:21 PM

What became enforced by institutions? What institutions? Are you saying institutions are now spreading word that people are creeps?
/r/MensRights15/10/23 01:03 PM

That was always the case though. Even before MeToo. The difference now is social media can carry your ‘creep’ designation a lot further.
/r/MensRights15/10/23 12:28 PM

Spoken like someone that hasn’t been at home with 3 kids for a day. I work a full time job at an office and make good money. But I still have time to manage my fantasy football team. My wife doesn’t.

They are getting help from women. There’s no indication if men or women donated more to these fakers.

Yes. Many men were seen in a negative light. But if the things reported were true, they very much deserved that negative light.

There’s been thousands of articles written already. Type ‘proof of the patriarchy’ into google and read. Let me know what you find.

Imagine have such issues with the other gender that you will throw away millennia of human existence. These women going their own way are just petty and angry.

Incel is an online community of people that refer to themselves that way. The group was eventually banned by Reddit for inciting violence against women. Incel wasn’t something people were called to oppress them. It was something people called themselves when they joined the community.

Who is ‘the movement’ that found him guilty. Just society at large? Or a select few that run this movement? Would you consider a male group hateful because it turns out a leader in a mens group was bad? Like Tate?
/r/MensRights15/10/23 10:12 AM
-7

Right. A movement where victims named their assaulters. That’s obviously a good thing. Criminals shouldn’t get a pass. You have to hope no one lies. But it’s still important that victims tell their stories. Trying to silence victims isn’t okay.
/r/MensRights15/10/23 01:43 AM

Sociologies and historians would say those all exist. Most people in society would say those things exist too. But some people refuse to believe they exist no matter what anyone says. So who knows really?
/r/MensRights15/10/23 12:33 AM
-16

I see. So you also believe that men should not report their abuse to anyone online? Only to police? I think that will just add to the stigma of men feeling like they can’t discuss these things.
/r/MensRights14/10/23 11:31 PM

What differentiates a ‘MeToo accusation’ with a normal accusation? Is there a special thing. MeToo accusation includes? Or do you feel all sexual assault allegations are hateful?
/r/MensRights14/10/23 10:45 PM
-31

The MeToo movement was a movement designed to get women taking about abuse they have suffered to remove the stigma in coming forward and show that victims can be supported. The people that lie and make false accusations are unrelated to the MeToo movement. Harvey Weinstein pressuring young girls into sex and lying about their career future was a real known thing in Hollywood and as people started talking, people realized how not okay that was. Men and women should be free to report misconduct wi…

We haven’t even confirmed they are feminists. Let alone real ones.

Is this really a mens rights issue though? Are men donating more money to these scams or are women? Or is it just women behaving badly that makes it a mens rights issue?

I very much think men should have their own spaces. This is a great one. Correcting people who are incorrect or making biased remarks isn’t amplifying suffering. Do you think someone should correct feminists when they are wrong or spread misinformation about men? Obviously yes.

A lot of women are very uncomfortable with the idea of telling a man they no longer wish to speak to him. That’s why they want to avoid the interaction altogether. Aren’t you just saying you want to feel comfortable approaching women knowing that it will be her that will end up being in the uncomfortable spot instead of you?
/r/MensRights14/10/23 02:40 PM

/r/MensRights14/10/23 01:52 PM

Well OP used even less than that to determine these women were biased against him… It’s just one of those assumptions to avoid self reflection. It has to be someone else’s fault. Must be because I was interviewed by a woman.
/r/MensRights14/10/23 11:30 AM

What? No they can’t.
/r/MensRights14/10/23 09:04 AM

But you don’t know if your interviewer is indeed a typical far leftist sjw feminist. You just know she’s a woman and that’s what you don’t trust.
/r/MensRights14/10/23 08:19 AM
-29

Sounds like you didn’t get some jobs and rather than reflecting on your interview skills, you just decided it’s womens fault without any supporting evidence. Do you think it’s possible women interviewing you are able to pick up on your lack of trust for women?
/r/MensRights14/10/23 08:04 AM
-13

But that has nothing to do with mental health awareness. Very different subjects.
/r/MensRights14/10/23 07:54 AM

I don’t think any feminists are saying mens mental health month shouldn’t exist. I think it’s weird that you think they are saying that. Like have you met one or talked to one? Or Jair have an idea in your head about what they say and just assume?

It’s almost as if we should be choosing our lifelong partners on something other than looks. Maybe we should pair up alphabetically? Or some sort of global lottery. Or choose based on personalities that compliment each other well creating a higher quality of life for both partners. There are lots of options. I think just alphabetically is easiest. Anyone’s name start with B in the comments?

What most of them do…is marry guys under 6 feet. The vast majority of women are married to men under 6 feet.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 06:27 AM

Grow up, get married, have kids has been the life blueprint for a thousand years. Our society now is FAR less focused on that blueprint than ever before in history however change doesn’t happen over night. With cost of living where it is, many choose to be child free and it has become far more taboo for old aunt barb to ask when you’re gonna start popping out babies. Society isn’t perfect, but it’s getting better. No thanks to Barb.

Women think they can give men advice on how to handle emotion just because they commit significantly less suicide and violent crime. Like that somehow shows they process emotions better than men and men need tips from them.
/r/MensRights14/10/23 06:07 AM
-14

Women wanted equality and they got it. However most women are fine with this. It’s only the women paying that are upset. Most women are fully supportive of alimony laws regardless of who gets paid.
/r/MensRights13/10/23 09:32 PM
-11

That’s terrible. We’re you convicted? Did they have any evidence? We’re you charged without evidence? Because very few accusations make it to charges. Why did you get so much more screwed than most?
/r/MensRights13/10/23 09:29 PM

Yeah. I hate when people do that so I don’t do it. I don’t think anyone should.
/r/MensRights13/10/23 03:20 PM

I don’t think it should be frustrating just because I don’t assume she’s lying without evidence.
/r/MensRights13/10/23 01:27 PM

A text that she made a joke about how rich her boyfriend was. I don’t really think that means that no matter what she says she is lying.
/r/MensRights13/10/23 01:26 PM

There was no proof she made it up. There was proof it was consensual sex. Which she admitted righh from the start.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/23 09:38 AM

You are misunderstanding that study. 25% of DNA tested not matching is not the same as 25% being false accusations. Most people have their DNA tested to rule them out as a suspect. Doesn’t mean they were accused ever.
/r/MensRights13/10/23 07:33 AM

Shouldn’t she be convicted of lying for everyone to assume she is lying? Is it fair to assume guilt when she has not been convicted? I hate when women assume men are guilty without a conviction.
/r/MensRights13/10/23 06:48 AM

Well less than half of women said they are more likely to respond positively if the person is attractive. So there isn’t a good chance at all. Even if 100% of women who said they are more likely to respond positively did indeed respond positively, most women still respond negatively regardless of attraction.
/r/MensRights13/10/23 06:23 AM
-16

On the plus side, if that many people are being falsely accused and none of you had charges laid, police are not just blindly believing women.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 11:41 PM
-18

You’re misunderstanding the study. The question asked was ‘would you be more likely to enjoy it if the person was x’. 27% of women said they would be more likely to enjoy it if the person was attractive. Doesn’t mean they would enjoy it. They said they would be ‘more likely to’. If I said 37% would be more likely to enjoy shopping if their partner was attractive. It doesn’t mean those men said they enjoy shopping.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 11:19 PM
-15

No. I didn’t know I needed a plan to solve it to say that it is a problem. That’s a weird take.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 10:12 PM
-42

That study did not in anyway say women enjoy cat calling when the male is attractive. I think you misread it.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:48 PM

Do you not think street harassment is an actual grievance? I think most would agree it is.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:31 PM

This was embarassing and your downvotes for suggesting people raise their children are making me cringe.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 06:21 PM

So punish the kids who no longer have a father because you’re upset at women? That seems beyond childish and exactly what people complain about when it comes to weaponizing divorce.

I said feminism taught women not to settle because OP said feminism taught women that they deserve more from men. I don’t know why you can’t understand.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 10:20 AM

I think men deserve more than most women can offer. And men should only settle for good partners that offer enough. I’m sure you agree.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 10:06 AM

Are these just stories you heard on a ‘why are women the worst’ subreddit though or are these real stories? Also, no one wants a Mario kart loser. Learn how to drift or gtfo.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:49 AM
-13

‘They deserve more than men can offer’ is telling them not to settle for men that can’t offer enough. AKA a bad partner.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:34 AM
-7

Are men being divorced for superficial reasons? We’re those reasons not there when women chose to marry those men. I don’t think superficial reasons are tracked anywhere during divorce proceedings so how would anyone possibly know this? Just through stories on the internet? Because that’s not great data.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:28 AM
-5

“But as the modern feminism grew and told all the women how perfect they are and they deserve more than what men can offer is backfiring towards women.” Mens rights should be telling men they are enough and they deserve to be with a partner that treats them right.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:26 AM

“It is exceedingly rare for a woman to make a man laugh or entertained intellectually.” I know dozens of women that make me laugh and entertain me intellectually. Pretty sure my man is scrolling through only fans pages wondering where all the Mensa candidates are and has never spoken with a live woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/23 09:19 AM
-13

Is there any evidence to support that sons from single mother homes are more likely to be subservient to women? Don’t the statistics show they are more likely to be abusive to women?
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:12 AM
-26

Feminism taught women that they don’t have to settle for a bad partner. As much as you can complain about that, I think mens rights should teach the same thing to men.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 09:10 AM
1

Rich people. Almost always.
/r/MensRights12/10/23 01:46 AM

Who are you talking to about your sex toys that is shaming you? If it’s your partner, they should be more supportive. If it’s your barista, you may want to tone it down and her reaction is pretty fair.

/r/MensRights12/10/23 12:54 AM

Good of his wife for staying with him and fighting for his innocence the whole time. Even after they found his semen on the child’s diary. The question is who framed him?

Yeah. She’s a garbage human.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 07:33 PM

What does the Duluth model do that means it should be removed? Isn’t it a model on how rehabilitation should work once someone is convicted of abuse?

What? Neither has been charged with abuse.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 04:45 PM

There’s a video of him smashing cabinets and screaming. If my sisters partner did that to her I would tell her to run like hell. It’s not a crime. You’re just not a good partner.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 04:45 PM

Yeah. She’s worse. But I wouldn’t date either. You don’t date people that are abusive.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 03:58 PM

I’m not a relationship expert. But videos of both of them being drunk abusers was released. I don’t think either of them are good partners. Edit: she’s worse, but he’s no innocent victim. That’s just the facts.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 01:05 PM
-24

11 women did report inappropriate behaviour. And he did dodge charges. These are just facts so I don’t understand your sarcasm.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 12:17 PM
-18

But if he is guilty, he will never face justice. We can’t assume he is guilty of assault without a trial and we can’t assume these women are lying without a trial. Shouldn’t men and women both be assume innocent?
/r/MensRights11/10/23 10:47 AM
18

Many women argue that the men that dislike women so much that they are ‘giving up’ are better off out of the dating pool and the ones without issues with women stay in. I think that’s a win for all parties.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 10:28 AM
-30

Are we not supposed to discuss the cases? Is that why the downvotes?
/r/MensRights11/10/23 10:23 AM
-63

11 women all came forward with stories of his inappropriate behaviour and he managed to dodge any charges at all. I guess the justice system works after all. Unless he was guilty of all those things. In which case the justice system is useless.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 09:49 AM
-30

Is this really a healthy approach though? Sounds similar to how feminists talk about men.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 09:41 AM
-5

Yeah, definitely saw those. It was consensual sex. Just don’t know what happened during. That we will never know.
/r/MensRights11/10/23 12:15 AM
9

Agreed. But like men, they need to be convicted of those things. Innocent until proven guilty is for everyone.
/r/MensRights10/10/23 11:49 PM
-23

Solid evidence that he never got too rough and was told to stop like she says? I don’t think that evidence exists. That’s why we will never know. You can just assume one way or the other but there’s definitely no evidence she lied.
/r/MensRights10/10/23 11:48 PM
-26

If a woman wants rough sex, you can still go too far. Unfortunately, we will never know.
/r/MensRights10/10/23 11:23 PM

A bit different with Bauer. A woman claimed he was violent with her, but there was no evidence so we will never know.

The problem here is scholars don’t see that, society doesn’t see that, women don’t see that. It’s like only a handful of angry dudes on the internet can see it.

Womens choice to focus on family are what causes them to be seen as less qualified in the workplace. Mens choice to focus on the workplace is what causes them to be seen as less qualified in family court. These are choices that individuals make and are in no way related to discrimination.

Hamas is attacking people to accomplish their goals. That’s what terrorists do. I don’t think that’s the same as a robbery or an assault. I don’t see why you think it is the same. And your paragraph about African Americans, I don’t really get how it’s relevant.
/r/MensRights10/10/23 10:07 AM

Hamas does feel they are attacking their oppressors. I don’t understand your point about African Americans and violent crime.

But there are thousands of thousands of athletes. Though at least there’s an investigation that’s ruling it’s just one person regretting it. I heard college tribunals were bad Im but if they are ruling most women are just regretting it, that seems pretty positive.
/r/MensRights10/10/23 09:26 AM
-5

Athletes have likely had sex with millions of women though. Very very few athletes have been accused of sexual assault. ‘More likely than not they’ll falsely accuse you’ seems a bit extreme when you consider it’s a large minority of athletes that it’s happened to. And that’s super rich athletes. So I wonder what the percent is for regular joes too.
/r/MensRights10/10/23 09:13 AM
-11

I think the oppression leads to violence theory only works when you are acting violent towards your oppressors. Most male violence isn’t towards an oppressor. It’s not like men are attacking politicians or corrupt police agents.
/r/MensRights10/10/23 09:10 AM

If it has nothing to do with gender at all, why are the gender numbers so different in earnings? If men and women left work to care for children equally, wouldn’t the earnings gap be zero?
/r/MensRights09/10/23 05:01 PM

Most women work full time jobs on western society. I don’t think you can say most women aren’t pulling their weight. Though some aren’t.
/r/MensRights09/10/23 04:52 PM
-1

The article was about a female problem. I was just discussing it. I didn’t know any discussion of inequality women face was taboo.
/r/MensRights09/10/23 04:51 PM
-3

That’s the mentality here. I say women and men struggle with balance and I get downvoted to oblivion because how dare i say women struggle with anything.
/r/MensRights09/10/23 04:40 PM
-5

I don’t have solutions to a thousand year old problem. I don’t understand why you’re actively trying not to support steps towards equality though. Because your mad I said women have something they struggle with?
/r/MensRights09/10/23 04:38 PM
-3

You’re right. I can’t solve global inequality so therefore I shouldn’t support it. That makes sense.
/r/MensRights09/10/23 04:36 PM
-31

More work life balance from employers would be the obvious solution. More flexibility for child care for both parents and less job stagnancy based on that child care requirement.
/r/MensRights09/10/23 04:29 PM
-52

So I’m being downvoted because women choose to sacrifice career for family and I think they shouldn’t have to choose? And neither should you.
/r/MensRights09/10/23 04:19 PM
-4

This entire article was about a woman that proved the earnings gap is due to family choice. Do you think it’s unfair that men have to sacrifice so much family time to work? That’s a choice too isn’t it? Should we not strive for equality because men choose that lifestyle? Obviously not. We should make sure that neither gender has to sacrifice family for career or career for family. That’s obviously the best outcome for everyone so I don’t know why you’re so upset by the concept.

I’m not proposing anything. Just saying we want to live in a world where men are viewed equally at home and women are viewed equally at work regardless of your family situation. I don’t understand why people are so upset by this.

Men and women both have children. But somehow women seem to make less money due to that and men make the same money. I think it’s pretty common sense that we want to live in a world that is equal and neither gender has to make less money due to their family status.

Women make less money because they are forced to choose between their career and their children. We as a society should try and take steps as to that womens and mens careers are equally affected by their family status. Then we can achieve true equality. Edit: do we not want to live in a world where men don’t have to sacrifice family time and women don’t have to sacrifice work goals? There is no reason not to support equality.

The quote you gave was from your biased article. Not a legitimate study. I understand that you read this and took it at its word. But it may be time to start questioning whether it’s a legitimate article or just the mindless ramblings of a lunatic. I read the studies. Carefully. You read some dudes angry opinion on the studies. We are not the same.

Do you have any idea how many men are dating crazy girls that they know are crazy because of the sex? I have very much heard of guys dating women because they are good in bed.

But if a woman never lied, you’d have nothing to fear? So isn’t it the woman that you mistrust that causes the fear?

Would 5 articles about DNA evidence be supporting evidence that most sexual assaults are true? Obviously not. So 5 articles about false reports don’t prove anything either. And you’re right. We will never know why these women recanted their stories. Which is why we can’t assume anything. Your article straight up lied saying these studies only reported it as false if the accuser admitted it was false. Something that it blatantly untrue in the studies referenced. Not sure if you are lying on purpo…

Dear diary. I saw an unhappy woman today. I could hardly contain my excitement. Also, the Starbucks girl got my name right for the first time. It’s shocking how clear it is to me that she wants me.

Fear of women is rising too. MGTOW, the mike Pense rule, few men willing to try and meet girls in person, fear of false allegations. Should we change society to alleviate these fears in men? Or should we just recognize this as a mental issue men must confront? These fears are a bit more complicated than just calling it mental illness I think. In men and women.

None of the studies you mentioned had those rates based on the admissions of the accusers. For example the study by McDowell / kibbled had the rates determined by a panel of 3 people that classified the incidents as true or false based on their best guess. This is a horrible way to do it. The study by Kanin (Purdue) took reports from one police department that made women take a polygraph to prove they weren’t lying. This level of distrust and invasive procedure made women recant and say they no …

Yeah,I don’t really understand some of these statements. I think it’s a lot of reading the worst horror stories to the point that you e convinced yourself that’s real life. I flirt regularly with new people I meet and I’ve had no issue.

If you really don’t like women…won’t women be glad you aren’t dating them? Like why would that upset them that someone that doesn’t like them isn’t going to date them?

The last post was about stopping misogyny in tech companies. That’s not anti woman. If anything it’s pro women.

Countless centuries of men outranking women is why they do it that way. But that makes it look like women were historically oppressed which is not the look anyone is going for.

Many women worry that the guy holding the door, is the kind of psycho that will go home and type an 8 page manifesto about how women don’t say thank you anymore. Many other women do say thank. Many say thank you, get hit on, and immediately regret their actions. Many would gladly open their own door to not have to deal with the whiny people that don’t like how they handled it. Since opening a door is literally the least you can do.

If men could biologically just stop commenting about women’s bodies, don’t you think we would have done it by now to avoid all the angry women?

It’s crazy that we can’t live in a world where every interaction goes exactly the way we want. This is why it’s better to give up on approaching women because unless every interaction goes the way you want it to, just quit.

Yeah. I guess men or women that want to date younger so the person has less sexual experience are a bit predator like. Sexual experience doesn’t matter that much.

People don’t realize how hard it is to see a hot woman, and just not comment on it. That’s genetically who we are. Like if I see a fine woman…I’m gonna comment that she’s fine. And I shouldn’t have to deal with anyone not liking my comment.

Do they follow up with you to tell you who they hired? How do you know they are hiring women? You said they usually don’t bother to provide updates after the interview. If it’s always women, how can you notice male recruiters provide updates for you? And it sounds like you’re asking companies to prioritize non white people regardless of skill to better represent population. Isn’t that just affirmative action? I believe this based on the discrimination against men but I really don’t see how you c…

I could not possibly care less if it’s men or women in the train around me. So if women having women only cars makes them feel better, then I have no problem with it. Doesn’t affect me in the least except there are less women around. Which I don’t think is a negative.

What does it mean that ‘often rejection comes with legal charges’? Have legal charges ever been laid on someone for rejecting a woman? That would be insane if it was happening as often as you say.

I just scrolled through the top feminist posts of Reddit slash feminism and a third are about abortions. A third are about the history of women’s rights. And a third are complaining about men in general. As much as I think feminism is trash, men need their space to complain about women in general so I can’t be too upset about them doing the same.

As much as I have this same attitude, I think progress will be slow for both genders if we just stop giving a crap about the other one. Actually communicating and trying to understand the problems the other gender faces will have a better long term outcome than just shutting down and only caring for one side.
