It's like saying judge quite happy she got the child sick, now the system will mess up the child further with more drugs, hospital treatments, maybe might do illegal things & then can be sent to prison instead

The man would probably been sent to prison if one was around

Living with someone these days is fraught with problems. If woman dislike you the allegations is domestic abuse & violence & corrupt judiciary & courts deliberately ignore evidence, lie, collude & praise the woman for taking bold action when it was the woman the abuser, liar, bully, aggressive & violent. Deny man child access. And govt call it justice.

Reminds me of my relationship. I should not be telling anyone but she & her family can drag me in dirt situation. She came at me with a knife, banged her head, stood over a lit stove because I did not agree with her parents views/ actions. The dad said I should not have told anyone & the mom said I had gone mad & she said I made her do it. Her parents bullied & abused my kids & I stood up for them but she did not & let the parents do as they want. Once the dad wanted to pick up my kids so his gr…

I was in similar situation. She came at me with a knife, used to bang her head, stand over a lit stove just because I did not agree with her parents. She filed a domestics abuse without notice because I called police when her dad came & took my docs stating she was fearful & I was violent but she did not heed to police advice to move out but continued to live in the same house, room & under same duvet. District judge in UK Watford deliberately ignored my evidence & couldn't work out factual even…

Then there are judges that are soft on violent women & let them lose in society even though women have lied & cried in court to bring up children that do not respect others

The. system allows women to 'abuse their position' & cry victim, so judge falls for it. When a relationship goes sour, mainly women will come up with domestic abuse & violence accusations like in my case even through my evidence proved it wrong but was deliberately ignored by district judge in Watford UK & I was guilty of controlling behaviour as she had cried & was upset for some thing she paid for & knew about but lied. The DJ also believed her that it's possible to send money to a non existen…

I had a district judge in Watford UK completely ignore my oral, written & physical evidence. Thd ex changed story after story on production of my evidence but said that was her recollection but I got criticized by the DJ for producing evidence as he did not want to look properly, so to protect her lies. DJ could not even work out her factual lies but he said there was controlling behaviour on my part. DJ lied brilliantly like her when asked by my lawyer about my costs. He believed it's possible …

I had someone like this. Even though there is physical evidence, still denied knowing anything about it & kept on changing stories, a classic case of lying as evidence is proving her wrong but a district judge in Watford UK completely ignored all my oral, physical & written evidence & even my submission that he even lied brilliantly like her & colluded with her to try & change my mind to accept her version of events. This is how corruption is encouraged. she had obtained a valuation that did not…

Even if one is co- habitatig, after breakup the 'divorce' can just be as bad as legally married man. In my legal married case, the judge believed it was possible to send money to non- existing a/c, I can travel in time, ignore most of my physical evidence, lied himself, allowed bribery & fraud, approved an order not consistent with the hearing & also signed of an order when no longer a judge. In uk. My local Labour MP said I not like the decision I can appeal, so believed judge is correct! Corru…

There's corruption in UK judiciary. I was accused of controlling behaviour when most of the evidence was deliberately ignored & it shows that the ex was the controlling one. Judge believed her it's possible to send money to non existent a/c & I can travel in time, docs obtained via bribery & not describing the property was accepted by the judge, allowed fraud (they can sign my docs) & judge was evasive & lied brilliantly like the ex but ended with bigger share. Yes & I had a judge do exactly that. Deliberately ignored most of my evidence & would not my lawyer question the other sides allegations. Judge allowed bribery, fraud, believed it's possible to send money to non-existence a/c, I can travel in time & lied as well. That's what UK justice is. If not like judges decision, need to appeal & waste more of your time & money to make lawyers rich while they get off Scott free & retire with big pension for destroying someone's life

There was a post recently about using baby penis foreskin in cosmetic facial products to make women younger, so seems women are happy to spread 'penis foreskin on their face'. Is that not rape but baby cannot say anything!!
/r/MensRights28/02/24 09:32 PM

So they are literally putting 'penis' on their faces but they blame men for rape. A baby cannot scream rape so easy to use their 'penis' skin on them to feel good?

Yep and in my case judge in UK can ignored evidence & criticised me for producing evidence, allowed bribery, fraud & lied himself so she could benefit more. He even said there was controlling behaviour in my part but she called my family/friends/ kids not to talk to me & so did her dad.

Most ministers & judges know each other so would not do the same to a MP otherwise it's time for change in the system but for rest don't care, as judge is right & if not like the decision, need to appeal to waste more time & money to make lawyers rich. You get judges that deliberately ignore evidence & critise the person for producing ' false' evidence when it's not to protect the female & lie themselves but not ask the female for a single shred of evidence. Allowed bribery, fraud. It's happend to me so can say (UK) & many stories heard. They see that as justice & justice system says if not like the decision need to appeal as that's a way of 'accountabllity of judges'. So to waste more of your time & money to make lawyers rich.

Evidence is the key but many times has been seen the authorities withholding evidence to 'frame' someone to get a result & improve statistics' In my divorce case, she wrote many lies to which I produced evidence then she would change her story & I produce evidence again. It's also practiced in law courts in UK. But they are meant to uphold the law! But seems the law does not apply to them. Men are looked at as predators even when the judge is a man. I have been there so I know & heard many stories of bias

Court in UK is also biased. Many judges favour women. In my case I had most of my evidence to prove her lies ignored, bribery allowed as she (her dad) got a report from India that does not describe my property but her dad's property in another town & states I travelled in time, so allowed it. If courts continue to agree with this behaviour then it's difficult. I had my evidence deliberately ignored by the judge as he liked the ex's lies that he even allowed bribery & fraud & lied himself. That's UK justice & no consequences for judge but more cost for me to appeal for judge lying, allowing bribery & deliberately ignoring evidence, bias & discrimination.

I was threatened by police of voyerism even though they did not look at the evidence & know the full story & only heard the ex's lies after district judge deliberately ignored all the evidence & would not let my solicitor question her about her allegations. Corruption?

Discrimination , racism is practiced in courts. Judge being biased to women, allowing bribery fraud purjury. What's the point of laws if judge practice it themselves.

I was found guilty by a district judge in Watford UK because the woman cried in court. What she said was factually false & judge deliberately ignored all the evidence & I dismissed all their allegations & my solicitor was not allowed to question her about her allegations. So I was guilty by one sided questioning. Injustice & he allowed bribery & fraud.

I was found guilty of controlling behaviour as she had cried in court & the judge deliberately ignored most of the evidence. What she said was factually false & she was abusive herself - took a knife at me, banged her head, stood over a lit stove but blamed me making her do it as I did not agree with what she had agreed with her family. She claims to have sent money to an account that did not exist & her report states I travelled back in time & the judge allowed it even though it was obtained vi…

Whether you are married or not, they are making laws easier for women to claim from men. A sperm doner can be identified & made to pay

Few years ago a woman stabbed her bf through the thigh & the judge in court said she had a great career ahead as a doctor so set her free. I would not like this person to by my or any ones doctor. Maybe the judge needs to be her patient If it were a man it could be worse. Dodgy justice biased discrimination

Justice depends on the judge if they want to uphold their oath & justice. I had an abusive partner & she cried in court & lied brilliantly that the judge believed her lies, it's possible to send money to account that does not exist & travel back in time. Racist, bribery, fraud allowed They system does not make it any good for truth & men but it's possible to move on. Bad thinking drags you down.

The ex produced a report that states I travelled back in time & was obtained via bribery & the judge accepted it. In Watford UK. What she said was full lies & was abusive her self but as she cried in court, the judge deliberately ignored most evidence & I was guilty of controlling behaviour. Corruption in system

Been there. Ex cried in court, thoroughly lied that I produced evidence after evidence but ended with district judge that was racist, biased, discriminate, lied as well & deliberately ignored most evidence & would not let my solicitor question her about her allegations & I was found guilty of controlling behaviour but judge believes it's possible to send money to account that does not exist & travel bank in time! She took the kids to her parents who told them not to interact with me & the dad ca…

I was found guilt of controlling behaviour as the ex had cried & the judge believe her & deliberately ignored evidence & would not let my solicitor question her on her allegations even though I had dismissed their allegations. This encouraged her to report to the police even though she said she reported to police months ago. Judge also believed her it's possible to send money to account that did not exist & a report I travelled back in time. Biased discrimination bribery fraud corruption in uk

I had a judge deliberately ignore evidence, lied himself & the ex lied brilliantly that the judge believed her as she had cried. I was in similar relationship. Led two lives. Told my family one story but told her family another. She cries in Watford UK court & the judge deliberately ignored most of evidence, does not let my non white solicitor question her about her allegations & I was guilty of controlling behaviour & gives my mum's money to her while making my mum destitute pensioner deprived of life savings & due to this judgement she reported me to police to get me arrested. judges like this still continue the injusti…

I had a woman who was abusive & controlling She used to bang her head on the wall, stand over lit stove, came at me with a knife shouting to kill her if I did not go along with what she had discussed with her parents. Imagine who would get into trouble if she was to get injured. Police would not even ask questions but tackle me & lock me up asap. During divorce in court she claimed I was controlling & abusive but what she said was logically factual lies but the judge did not work it out & the ju…

In my case the woman let her family abuse our kids & when I said anything she would go mental. She discussed everything with her parents & if I did not go along with it would bang her head, stand over a lit stove & once came running with the biggest knife in the house. Her dad even agrees with her behaviour. Then turns it around & make herself a victim of domestic abuse & cried in court that the judge fell for it & the white judge deliberately ignored most of the evidence & my brief was not allo…

I'm in UK The woman in my case cried in court & the judge fell for it & I was guilt of controlling behaviour The judge completely ignored the evidence, couldn't work out the logically factual lies she said, my non white brief was not allowed to question her on her allegations so was found guilt by listening to one sides lies. She had white solicitor & barrister both white as the judge. What person believes it's possible to send money to an a/c that does not exist & travel back in time the judge …

Very true They do not represent the Joe public They are paid by the companies they regulate so see no benefit in making them accountable as they will be sacked. In my case the solicitor had deliberately produced wrong drafts, charged for service & calls no received & held me hostage to his errors but legal ombudsman MSpink said I had left on my own accord, so basically meant I should not have left & the the solicitor should have continued to rip me off Sra did nothing either as said not within t…

Reasonable judges are rare. Ex cried in court & the white judge (UK) in my case ignored majority of evidence & would not even let my non white brief question her about her allegations. What sane person believes it's possible to send money to an account that does not exist & travel back in time. Judge believed it.

Women crying in court & the judge would fall for it & deliberately ignore the evidence even thought her testimony is factually false & she has a white brief as the judge & not let the opponent non white brief question her about her allegations Racism, biased

The ex cried in court & the judge in Watford UK ignored majority of the evidence & would not let my brief question her about her allegations & I was found guilty of controlling behaviour even though I dismissed all her white barristers questions. That the judge believes it's possible to send money to an account that does not exist & travel back in time & himself lied. Racism & baised. so how is justice meant to be upheld if the judge don't give a shit about their oath & laws.

The ex I was with was narcissistic & psychologically abusive. She came with a knife at me, banged head, stood over lit stove but blamed me for making her doing it as I find not agree with what she had discussed with her parents. Even her dad, an abusive controlling person seems to agree with her behaviour & her mum said I was the one that had gone mad. She even convinced the judge with factually wrong information, as cried that he deliberately ignored the evidence & I was found guilt when my bri…

When courts agree with women who lie & cry, it gives them more power to spread lies. I was found guilt of controlling behaviour because she cried in court that even my brief was not allowed to ask her about her allegations & judge deliberately ignored evidence in front of him & what she said was factually false as others figured it out as I put the same statement she said to them but judge took as as face value as she said it. She said I was abusive & she was fearful but she continued to sleep i…

I totally relate to this injustice. I was found guilty of controlling behaviour because the ex cried in court that the judge would not let my brief question her about her allegations & judge also agreed with her on what was factually false & lies as other people figured it out. judge also deliberately ignored other evidence in front of him & himself also lied, changing story after story lie like she did when I produced evidence after evidence. I am a victim of such actions by the ex partner & judge. She filed for non-molestation & occupancy order stating I was abusive & she was living in fear while she was still sleeping in the same bed & duvet. Even police advised her to leave but she refused.
