| -1 | Anybody else notice that there is a “International Women’s Month, but not an “International Men’s Month” despite men being responsible for a large part of society’s successes?I think that its more to do with how historically women simply were not able to enter the same circles as men in terms of education, opportunities etc., so it was very difficult for them to overcome these restrictions and when they did anything they contributed was often belittled and shunned with women's achievements being ignored/over-looked/degraded etc. the whole point of the month is to recognise these women who have so often been overlooked for their contributions and to celebrate progress… | /r/MensRights | 14/07/20 07:29 PM |
