A 55 year old man complimenting a 25 year old woman probably is hitting on her.

A 55 year old woman probably knows that a 25 year old guy will not assume she's hitting on him if she compliments him. Or, if he does think she's hitting on him, he won't be attracted to her, so he won't ask her out. It's less risky than if a 25 year old woman compliments a 25 year old guy.

Women on the other hand don't need to do anything to get sex, they could rack up a 100 body count in 3 hours if they wanted to. They can only do that because men are uncontrollably horny and have pretty low standards. You can't fuck without someone willing to fuck you. They dont have to put any effort whatsoever into getting sex and intimacy, therefore they deserve to be shamed for being promiscuous. Shaming women for something that is men's fault is entirely hypocritical.

If women are snakes why in the fuck would you want to be in a relationship with one? Just use prostitutes, it's far more honest. I don't see how you could end up in a healthy relationship with a woman if you listen to Tate, or any other RP guys for that matter.

We don't even know if there is a relationship. It's one picture where he's 2 feet from a 19 year old. We know nothing about this.

I've seen it all over, from the TwoX and AskFeminists subs, to Quora. If you push back on this stuff, they'll assume you're a conservative, or that you have a small dick, or that you're insecure in some other way. So you really can't win. They essentially tell you to "man up", even though that supposed to be toxic masculinity. Or "don't take it personally" even if it's a literal insult to your entire gender. This wouldn't be acceptable with any other group.

I have yet to see one of these people come up with a good explanation for why opposite of "small dick energy" is "big dick energy" if it's not actually about dick size. They try to hide behind metaphor, but the reality is that they just don't give a shit about men, nor do they give a shit about their own principles. They just feel entitled to body shame people they see as privileged. Go to a left leaning political sub and find a picture of a guy with a big pickup truck. The first joke will be ab…

Social circle - who's friends are constantly and regularly introducing them to single women? That never sounded realistic to me. In reality social circle is extremely low volume and largely based on luck. I had an argument here with someone about this. The solution many women believe can work is to have female friends and not to have them with the intention of trying to have a girlfriend. So the solution to getting a girlfriend is to make friends with women without the intention of having a girl…

That just means that the contention that guys understand flirting is weak. If you're wrong most of the time then you don't really have it figured out, do you? You're just grasping at whatever you can and hoping for the best.

If you mistake friendliness for flirting then you don't understand flirting. "I'm good at math, I just get most of the answers wrong."

For every post telling men to use hobby groups to meet women, you can find another from a woman who's very upset because she joined a hobby group and got hit on. I've seen posts from women upset they got hit on at a bar, of all places. There's really no way to win.

IMO, that's victim blaming and just a way to shift the discussion back to men being bad. And that sort of thing wouldn't fly if it was about black victims of violence.

No, they aren't, but you seem to think there's some agenda behind friendship. It's rather cynical.

It's not a hard concept to understand, it's just fucking weird. You've decided half the population isn't worthy of anything but a romantic relationship. It's a little sad, actually. And it's odd that you catch feelings for, what, every woman you interact with? Almost every woman? That doesn't exactly speak to you seeing them as full and equal humans. It's more like you see them as relationship tools. Only useful for fulfilling specific needs.

You're tortured by the fact that women won't fuck you and you somehow don't think you see women as sex dispensers? This makes no sense. You literally can't be friends with a woman without wanting to fuck them. You don't see how this is a problem? If I was a woman and knew you felt that way I wouldn't date you and would tell every woman I know not to date you.

Have you ever heard guys who are good at getting one night stands with women talk about them? If anybody views women as pieces of meat, it's them. There may be some overlap between those types of guys and guys that go to prostitutes, but I wouldn't necessarily equate not viewing women as people with the latter group.

I agree. I don't talk to strangers at all, unless they talk first or there's a reason for it.

They were usually older. At least middle aged. Men and women. Black and white.

Maybe they just want them to look prettier. I’d argue that telling a stranger what to do so that they’ll look prettier is an act of dominance. Perhaps. I certainly don't condone it. But I also wouldn't ascribe nefarious motivation to someone without cause. I can't get in their heads.

Because telling someone to "smile more" is an assertion of dominance. I don't buy that. I've been told by men and women to smile. Or some variation of it. I'm a man who's natural resting face apparently looks somewhere between angry and depressed. Maybe these men telling women to smile just think they look upset. Maybe they just want them to look prettier.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
