A guy approached me in the mall, told me I was beautiful, asked for my name and number. Gave him my name, politely declined the number, but it made my day and I didn’t think he was a creep. Biggest thing is when I told him no, he was respectful. I think that’s when most men cross the line from normal to creepy/rude. It can also be creepy if you comment about something sexual. Just go up to women, introduce yourself, and be you. Not every woman is going to dig it, but I would guarantee you there are plenty that would. You just have to figure it out. I know myself personally, I don’t typically approach men because when I like someone, that’s the one person I focus on.
