I am autistic and don’t have much success with women in general. I hear you. But, I would’ve probably pushed her away every time. Having someone kind of stumbling over to you and start making out with your face in a way that you’re almost not human isn’t that fun and it doesn’t even feel that good …. Especially when they have never spoken to you.

This is the fact. From a fantasy stand point. And not having as much success with women as I’d like. I was also in high school…. And really wanted to get with someone. I kinda wish I took the win. But, if it happened again I’d probably push her off me again. The reality is very different from the fantasy.

Honestly if she had… treated me even slightly like a person instead of just a pair of lips. I probably would have gone for her. Like literally a couple of sentences lol.

And to this day she is a stunner.

Yea. When I was in high school at a party a girl who was very attractive just started making out with me without any sort of introduction or anything. Just came up to me … obviously drunk outta her mind and started trying to make out with me. I pushed her off and kind of ran away. I didn’t want that kind of interaction. It felt fake or something. I hardly knew her either. Honestly if she had… treated me even slightly like a person instead of just a pair of lips. I probably would have gone for he…

I got very lucky. Right place … right moment… right time. And found a gorgeous woman who tolerates my asperger’s awkward ass lol. However, I was doing things that were interesting. I was in a knitting club and that’s how we met. Like it’s more likely to happen if you’re out there doing stuff. But, luck is most things in life. I randomly stumbled upon r/RKLB It changed my life as an investment.

And here’s an article where we see just this thesis of the “empowerment” usually not panning out. “This former OnlyFans content creator joined at 18 years old and stayed on the app for three years. She said it was a full-time job and her subscribers constantly pushed her boundaries. She thought the experience would make her feel empowered, but said it left her traumatized.” https://www.businessinsider.com/downsides-and-regrets-of-doing-onlyfans-2023-9

Oh and here’s proof “I regret doing OnlyFans when I turned 18. People treated me like an object and the money just wasn’t worth the degradation.” “She thought the experience would make her feel empowered, but said it left her traumatized.” https://www.businessinsider.com/downsides-and-regrets-of-doing-onlyfans-2023-9

Well Could is the key word in your statement “could”. Contract work can have slow months. The safety issues and emotional toll the job takes burns them out. Sure you can make a lot of money… but like I said they don’t save much of it. And you burn out from the work. The people who stalk you or believe you love them and they want to cross the line. The mask of being patient and “loving” with people who you probably dislike and are awful. Or hearing people’s horrible shit. Can burn you out I’m sur…

Ya and even if she does they will tell her she’s empowered. They might even pretend to be interested in her long term. But, they would drop her in a second for a more respectable girl who they were also attracted to.

That’s the other thing. People think money buys happiness. But, you can’t use it to buy a loving home life. If you’re a top OF content producer … you can convince yourself you’ll find a loving partner. But, the truth is… great male partners for marriage are in high demand and low supply even to amazing women. What chance does she have? And if you’re a top producer you also can’t buy peace of mind. With AI now you’ve sold your body completely. With image recognition it means that people can find …

There’s nothing empowering about an industry where -guys try to stiff you for payment regularly. -Your value is based on your youth to a dumb degree. Like women don’t stop being attractive at 25 … but many stop having value after that in that industry. How is that empowering? It’s not like these women learn about saving these earning for their future … they probably just inflate their lifestyle and end up worse off. And!! They waste their youth doing this when they could be building a future for…

This! A good job that makes great money that you love is not something you would leave. OP in other comments refused to even believe it could be dangerous. And even for the best earners it is dangerous.

That’s the thing. It’s contract work. So it’s less glamorous than you think. No one usually has a bunch of consistent work. There are slow months and the good months can inflate their lifestyle. But, there’s expenses to it all. Hotel rooms you rent the slow nights too. Plus, they can get injured and make nothing if that happens. And their best earning years are front loaded so if they spend it all they also can be screwed. OP saying it’s amazing and lucrative is dumb.

This too. I read an interview that a good chunk of workers don’t even make that much in comparison to a real job. Even the higher end ones. One mentioned that after the cost of paying agencies, the cost of lingerie and make up and the nicer hotel rooms it’s not nearly as lucrative. And the fact that there’s someone down months with no rhyme and reason why some nights you end up with no clients… or some seasons are less busy… you can be screwed. There’s not a serious of men who are dying to pay l…

The porn star in Generation Wealth is one example. I have read interviews of others. They aren’t hard to find.

And yes. I have heard or read interview of multiple sex workers saying these things or things along these lines. And you aren’t giving me interviews or sources besides a friend of mine said this. I can do the same thing. I have heard interviews talking about abuse. STDs and more. There’s a porn star in the documentary Generation Wealth who talks about the trauma of it as an example. She was used because she looked like a 13 year old and talks about what it did to her. How she lost all her money …

And people do lie to themselves and others. I’ve lied to myself about things for the sake of my ego. So i am a judge of the fact that we can do that… And I’ve read interviews of sex workers saying they did that. The porn star in Generation Wealth in her first interview is pretty happy and on top of the world. Talking about how she’s empowered. By end she isn’t. There’s footage of her breaking down.

Also don’t get me wrong. I don’t think sex work should be illegal. People need to do what they need to. But, we don’t need to destigmatize it. Stigmatize it. It ain’t empowering.

Ask a woman on a date in the exact way I said. And you’ll have your proof…. I have had women say they were scared of men on dates yes. And I can extrapolate that.

OP doesn’t get that some people not only lie. But, they lie to themselves and others. Those who made money from it and now they’ve used it to get to a better life are just lying to themselves and others. And the lie is apart of them. The alternative is too painful. And we all do this for some stuff.

I have to provide examples that sex work can be dangerous….? Ask a woman if on the first date they’ll just do it alone in your apartment even just to have a meal. That alone would scare most women. So this is a job where the women does that and add in that a man feels he’s paid for your body…. You can’t see why a job like that might be dangerous?

No the work sucks. For every great client interaction. There’s a client who crosses your boundaries or abuses. And they are reflecting through rose coloured glasses. Trauma makes you block out the bad times. Work where people use you as a sex object isn’t “great work” There are nice clients. But, the reason people quit is it’s dangerous. And it’s not like any of these friends will return. It’s scary and high risk and they are happy to have made it out alive. Their ego paints a rosy picture to pr…

You’ve never heard of someone losing their respectable job once people find out they did porn ? Use google….

And how is my point not true? If anyone found out about it and they faced actual consequences they would change their tune. Like losing their jobs. They stopped didn’t they. If they loved it so much why did they stop? Why aren’t they doing it on the side? Why not as a side hustle…. Because it’s not something people love to do. Ego is a hell of a thing. Some people just won’t admit that they sold their bodies and it wasn’t the best thing ever or just fine because it would have mental consequences…

It’s not. And the line is usually just something people say as a way of keeping themselves sane when they have to do it to survive. It’s easier to just lie to yourself and say “I’m sex positive and empowered!” Instead admitting the reality. Most who parrot this do it … because they are lying to themselves.

If anything. The whole “it’s actually empowering and it’s just the stigma holding us back” Is just a manipulation tactic used to entice people. Because there are plenty of sex workers who use this as a mantra to lie to themselves that they are being empowered… Only to come out from the industry after a couple of years… as the shelf life of performers is so small… feeling used and exploited with little prospects for the future and all the money they made gone and not only gone but they probably e…

It’s not going to be de stigmatized. It’s not. It’s never not going to have a negative stigma. If anything this type of talk is just used to ensnare people to lie to themselves that they are “empowering themselves” instead of “ruining their futures”. Which is a thing that many young women often say to themselves when entering and then leave realizing that it won’t be destigmitized… that their porn career has a very short shelf life and they will have an issue trying to work elsewhere. And with o…
