Best advice for you right now is to stop talking and listen. Read and listen to every positive male role model you can find. When I was 16, I looked back on my on my 13 year old self and realised I was an idiot. When I was 19, I looked back on my 16 year old self and realised I was an idiot. Now I am 22 and I am starting to see a pattern. A wise man knows that he knows nothing. So shut up and listen.

Arise Sir Rutluv. I present to you a knighthood on behalf of House White.

Options in order of preference: 1) Shut the fuck up and take it to the grave. 2) Break up with her but stay silent 3) Break up with her and come clean 4) Come clean and let her decide If you can do it, just keep that shit silent. Although feeling guilt is obviously a pretty normal reaction, I can tell you from experience that telling her is absolutely not worth it. If you can't live with the guilt, break up with her but do not reveal anything.

He meant there are around 30 women, not that the women are around 30.

Anyone got any experience in the UK as a young man? I am 22 and I imagine I will be told I am too young and all that spiel.

Similar story here. Reading TRP is useful but it very easy to get caught up in it and over think everything. Stop thinking and switch off. If you are genuinely confident and happy with yourself, you will do just fine. Going old school has been amazing for me. If you hit up some friends and go out without any intention of getting laid. You will probably get laid.

I understood your point and took it as such, it was appreciated. The reason I am not willing to put myself out is not that I lack the vocal talent or intelligence etc. It is because from a cost-benefit point of view, it is not worth it in my case. What do I gain? I win an argument with a fat chick? That to me is not worth the risk of potentially losing my place at work/in school. This is why rule 38 is important to me. I am not in a situation where I can afford to run the risk of being outspoken…

A&A is pretty much my go to for those situations but at the moment I am only 21, at university and working a part-time retail job. I currently can't afford to lose either of those things so it is easier for me to just keep my head down. It is not worth me expressing my distaste for fatties if it could end up costing me my degree. Think as you like but behave like others.

Honestly, I find it to be less work. Plus I enjoy the benefits of having a woman around outside of fucking. Coming in from work or the gym and having dinner made for you is the best. Plus, I have had the snip and she is clean so no condoms needed. That was the biggest thing I hated about plates.

Great post. It is not often I see such good posts regarding LTR's. As someone who prefers them over spinning, it is great to see such solid advice.

As much as I would love to outright body shame, it is incredibly difficult to get away with now. For most people, the flak you will catch for it just is not worth it. Personally, I just avoid fatties at all costs now. If they can't even look after themselves, what could they possibly offer me?

Rule 5: No examples from fiction or lyrics. Fiction, pop songs, daytime television freakshows, and reality tv do not present useful examples of typical human behaviour, and thus cannot be learned from. Discussion of overarching popular culture themes, however, is on-topic and makes for an interesting analysis of the shifts in cultural thinking. Use of fiction or other controlled narratives (reality tv, etc) should only be used as an example of the author's psychology, not the character's.

I just broke up with 5 year LTR (I ended it) after she was acting "sketchy" and I am so glad I came across this. Whilst I don't think she actually cheated, I know she was at least looking to. We are meeting up tomorrow (I didn't want to but she still has some of my shit that I would like back so I agreed to it) and I am 99% sure she is going to try to "fix" things. (Get her Beta Bux back). I am glad I read this before I see her again, had I not been on TRP the last year or so, I absolutely would…

Of course, but if I can blow the guy away AND keep my TV in tact then that is a good result.

Just wanted some pointers on what I should do immediately. I have a couple of weeks off work right now too so I am just generally looking for some shit to do other than chasing poon. You got any hobbies in particular you would recommend?

This is not the answer you want but it is the answer you need; Get the fuck out of there. I don't even know where to begin counting the amount of red flags in this story. As cruel as it sounds, you owe her nothing. She owes you nothing. Cut ties. You can not let her mess of a life interfere with yours.

This is absolutely false. Steroids are rampant at the top levels of strength sports (See: Russia). But to imply that anybody who is remotely aesthetic or that every athlete is on roids is ridiculous.

Being talked about in almost any context is good. Even if they are shit talking you, it means they care enough to do so. The opposite of love is not hate, but indifference.

Do not go nuclear. Stay in control of yourself, keep it calm and move on with your life. Don't sate her need for drama and make yourself look a fool by losing your composure. Stoicism is absolutely key when dealing with this.
