I am not arguing for the girl to be punished, I am arguing for the adult in the situation to be punished, in this case a man. I feel that if the genders were reversed, again, punish the adult for being predatory. What I am saying is that kind of thing should be explored by teens with teens, because frankly anyone that is 21 sleeping with a 13 year old is taking advantage of their psychological state.
