No, in general. Its true most people in greek life stay within greek-life, but don't forget most Greek-life populations aren't even 25% of the school usually. For my school 10% (little bit over now maybe) of the male student body was in greek life, and 25-35% for girls. Don't limit your chances of meeting girls to just frat parties, because most of the time its the same group of girls that come over.
