That's wonderful, being in school and leveling up! Cheers to that! I'm sick of the 'prime' thing, especially looks wise because it's sexist, creepy and also blatantly annoying/insulting. Usually it's the ugliest of the ugly saying this trash. I can't wait until 40 and beyond honestly, I'm ready.

Yes, it's not only sexist as hell but it's also creepy - and we all know it's never said by these p*rnsick scrotes as any sort of positive thing.

I'm in the process of reinventing my life as I knew it - with most of my 20s spent on a failed from the start marriage and the early 30s mostly spent on surviving - now I'm much happier alone, in a stable career and still learning to be a thriving and shining HV single mother and woman overall. It's not been easy and I've had to cut off a lot of toxic pickme friends and family, but damn it's more than worth it! I've also been slowly introducing my college age sister to FDS.

I did do this when I first got married to my now ex husband(at only 20!), he was a trash husband but a lot of his family is actually better than many of my own (I have toxic and narcissistic family members). It didn't help that I felt like I needed to run the heck away from my family members either. However, this is the exception and not the rule and if it were up to me we would have moved somewhere completely new for us at that time. I don't suggest any woman do this, even in the most ideal cir…

I've been using Ms. since after my divorce 7 years ago, then again I am over 30, so Miss felt too 'young' on me to revert to.

I have to agree on this one. I used to be military and was also married to a military man....most are damaged in some shape or form, and I would not date or marry another one. Just say no ladies.

You really, truly cannot change a man, and most times you end up hurt in the process emotionally, mentally and sometimes even physically. It's draining and can even kill you. I had to learn the hard way in my failed marriage and in crappy 'platonic' friendships. It's not worth it so save that energy for yourself. There's therapists and actual professionals out there if and when men need to get help and get their own stuff together.

Welcome to FDS! I only wish that FDS was around 10-15 years ago, I'm glad to have found it recently. I'm a former pickmeisha, and coming here will change up your mindset and your life if you allow it to and you do the work. Now I try to get the younger women I know into FDS(especially my younger sisters due to our pick me mother) so they don't have to deal with what I did in my 20s. We're so glad to have you here! Also, make sure you read the FDS Handbook, it's pure gold.

Many bitter mothers are at best mere pickmes and at worst covert or overt narcissists. These types see their daughters as competition and are reminded of their own mistakes and failures when they see their daughters succeed in life and love. It's sad, truly.

Well, when folks do clownery, the clownery comes back to bite!

I'm a WoW player and I constantly run across these scrotes in Trade and LFG chats - they hate women who outplay them, especially when in PvP. I go hard on them when they try to come at me with trash comments.

Send his hoeing ass right to Blockanda, he's trying to pull some straight up narcissistic BS and you don't have the time/energy for it. Don't even explain it to him, just block him.

Why the hell does this sound like someone I used to know - the guy I mean...I hope he's not on my server either (I do play WoW and there's a lot of LVM and scrotes galore that play as well). Please leave him, scrotes like these also like to try and talk to other female players online to hit on them, cheat and lie about what's going on at home. I've seen these types and they are annoying and trash. Leave his ass behind like yesterday, please!

This kind of foolishness is why I want to share FDS with my younger sisters so much as they are still young and about to be out in the world soon(unfortunately our mom is a pickmeisha narc and thinks I'll turn them against her and their dad if they hang around me too much).

I see so much of this in the gaming community, mainly from insecure women who are still in the 'not like other girls' and queen bee stages. I am guilty in the past of being unfriendly towards other women because I was jealous and insecure with myself and also was surrounded by shitty male 'friends' who got a kick out of women tearing each other down. It was only once I stopped hating myself, kicking out shitty males out of my circles and cutting off the pickmeishas that also encouraged the toxic…

This was definitely my ex and then he'd have the audacity to complain that I was being mean to him!

I joined back in the mid 2000s, and it was bad then too. I got out once my then husband and I started a family luckily...I faced harassment(comments and invitations to sleep with him) by my married superior, and he had already been in trouble once for harassing another female soldier. This was while I was stationed at Fort Hood. I often tell women don't join the military, especially not the army, it's not safe and it's not worth it.

This sounds like satire, though I wouldn't be shocked if she was dead serious either at this point. 😐

Let's not forget that they'll also have the audacity to get pissed if you're not exclusively having sex with them or even talking to another man! FWB is such a BS setup in the first place.

I used to be attracted to broken men and thinking I could fix them so they would love me and stay with me. It never works and you end up drained in the end anyway. Not worth it.

Yeah, she needs to run not walk away from him before he ends up killing her and their unborn child.

I had this happen once after I had left him, not only threatened suicide but also told everyone he could in our mutual friend circle at the time that if anything did happen it was my fault. Another friend called his bluff and he didn't do anything - he ended up alienating everyone in the end. I felt terrible at the time but now I see it for what it is, straight up LVM behavior.

I so hope this sub doesn't get wiped out, it's been helping me and even a couple of other women I know from falling back into pick me mode. I just don't get why men just can't stay the hell out of women's business in the first place.

I just recently found this sub and already it's been a lifesaver for me! This sub is gold.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
