3	CMV Feminism caused to the obesity epidemic This is a big part of it. Families in the 60's were eating wonderbread and jam, bacon and eggs, meat and potatoes. They also had 12 hour stretches with no eating at all. Snacking keeps insulin up which keeps your body in storage mode. I live in a smaller city in an area that has slightly above average home prices and other than a friendly wave or banal weather talk I know basically none of my neighbors. You should join some social or activity clubs instead. Rock climbing/bouldering, Woodworking, gyms or martial arts, heck even claywork/pottery. 1	Going to the gym You can work out at home easily with very little to no equipment. You could buy a resistance band kit for under 50 bucks too. That way you get yourself to a point that you can really understand why the gym equipment is useful and if you even want it still.
