No, you are totally cool to fucking screaming. If you weren't she would have stopped long ago. Shut the fuck up, don't argue, you can't win. What are you afraid of? What is it that she can do that she hadn't already done? Are the kids happy they don't have a real father? You, again you need to feel comfortable with her leaving, you need to sort it out with yourself. Once you do, she will stop. Or leave you and that wont' matter because you won't really care. OYS no2 I’m 42, 180lbs, 6ft 1. Lifting for one month 5x5 -before the pandemia- bench 140, deadlift 140, squat 88, OHP 88. Wife 38. Two kids 1(f) and 8(m). Body – Gyms are opening next week as corona subsides, so I’ll be back to lifting then. I had a similar experience. When I was in the army, back in my 20s, I wasn't able to run one mile. We ran in groups and there had always been one jerk trying to prove he's fit and up the tempo. This year I used c24k app and ran 5 km in 30 minutes. I'll check out your yoga stuff, sounds really promising. Much obliged.
