Well first and foremost, you don't really get to pick whether you get it or not. It's entirely up to your parents as it stands now. Then secondly there can be complications where the penis can get infected or not properly cut, essentially creating a risk and possibly making you lose your reproductive function, or making it a lot harder to bear anything that happens in that area.
