Start with something nice and small, like $50,000 and work up the longer they ignore him. Most schools are funded by local taxes. Schools are funded from local, state, and federal money. In 2018 in KY the total budget is 5.08 Billion with 948 Million of that being from federal money. Judges tend to get a bit pissy about that sort of thing and contempt of court can be uncomfortable. The easiest thing to do is just abolish the practice. That would mean that some grades won't have a girls team but it complies with the ruling. They could also let boys play more than one grade but make them try out with strict cut offs. 1	Male Privilege. An infographic I made for my school paper. Instead of saying 100 v 163 they could have said 1.63 percent compared to women. But this is a fairly common way to show relative differences between two groups. If you compare groups then set one group as the constent (either 1.0 or 100%) and then compare the other groups relative to that. In this graph they could have made men the constent and the blue bars would have set at 100 and the female bars would have been smaller. So 100 (men) and 50 (women).
