Well said. It's all about honor and character, being somebody that you can be proud of.

The party that always talks about the dangers of fascism is also the party that completely vilifies and destroys anyone who deviates from their narrative and paints them as a malicious villain. We aren't fascists after all freedom of speech is important but we will absolutely mess you up. The tragic irony of it all!

Just a bunch of emotionally driven jargon that makes sense along the other debatable sets of events that are taken as absolute fact. It's very very well written that it brought up the perfect emotional response. Well done.

Rule for thee but not for me. Women are looking for romance. Men are looking to take advantage of helpless poor women.

It's not hypocritical. Men are not a monolith either. Those who support due to misery and loneliness are not those who condemn. There will of course be an overlap but not the majority.

What I said was pretty clear. You either discuss toxic behavior, or you know don't neglect the fact that there are indeed gender specific behaviors that can become extreme. I wouldn't even use shit like toxic femininity as the idea of making little girls think that there's something genuinely wrong with them just for existing is not something that I would consider.

The group who make up 48% of the labor force but 98% of the fatalities. The group who can't have an intimate romantic relationship to save their lives? Top privileges suck!

Yes, I can and that's what I am getting from it. If the concept of toxic masculinity is talked about globally but its counterpart isn't then the implication is simple males are inherently toxic and need to be taught about their inherent toxicity to avoid it. Girls don't need to worry too much they're alright.

I don't know how they're going to resolve, but I do think that men are slowly getting tired of the current status quo. RP becoming more mainstream is a testament to that so there will definitely be an active effort from the men's side to change the way things are going so that they're also included, we've already started talking about it and riling up others if you will hence the pills, the attemp to awaken people.

It's a matter of time, anti-feminism sentiments are growing at a fast rate, especially in the last two years. As of now there are simply too many obstacles for a men's rights group to be cohesive and be somewhat accepted socially. Some of these obstacles like our idea about what the male experience entails will sort themselves out as we continue seeing men's suffering all over the board, and others will require a more active effort once a firm grip is established.

I 100% agree that women's problems are seen as petty and childish. But! It's in a very different environment where gender roles are more strict and upheld with some other toxic factors. But socially, as in most of the west, the popular narrative, call it what you will this isn't true. In other words the view that a woman's problems are childish doesn't affect the average women the same way the fact that men's insecurities are demonized and affects the average man.

Psychological comfort is subjective. You don't mind using them, I don't mind either although I never take them seriously, but people do care because it's a complex issue that they aren't fully onboard with coupled with how aggressively it is pushed into them bending the knee and going with it would be shameful. So everyone is inconsiderate here it seems just one is socially approved and the other isn't.

Toughen up and move on is now toxic masculinity in the golden era of "Mental health."

You are tripping. What argument doesn't stand on its own? That we can't measure that? Of course I know that there are ways to measure psychopathy through brain scans and neurodivergence is something that can be neurologically measured. This is the stuff that's obvious and goes without saying. The implication of what she stated is that we should limit the passing down of those genetics because it makes it difficult for people to deal with them as we're talking about women being uncomfortable. That's how you know you're doing something good. Individual people are too troubled, miserable, contradictory, and are just a handful of emotional hung ups and insecurities. Imagine gathering a bunch of these people and expect anything they do ideologically to be sound. If feminists think you're a misogynistic incel, and RP people think you're a feminist that's the sweet spot.
/r/MensRights08/04/23 10:22 PM

Yes, I do agree with you. That's not necessarily how I'd go about it but I just wanted to highlight that although two groups see the final outcome of something as terrible they aren't necessarily on the same page.

I see your point but please bear with me a bit and see my point alright? Suicide prevention is good but that's not the root cause of the issue. There are very strong and fundamental differences between how men and women are treated in society, some of them are obvious but others are more subtle. The sum of all of these actions and interactions leads to men killing themselves at a rate higher than women. The patriarchy crowd only further perpetuates ideas and enforces and celebrates behaviors tha…
/r/MensRights08/04/23 09:51 PM
7

To say that men's suicide is because of the patriarchy also implies don't worry feminists are taking care of it by "overthrowing the patriarchy" which entails becoming even more anti-male, police young boys at school, spreading nonsense like toxic masculinity and male privilege, and so on... Words matter.

It didn't take long to hear Fuck. Now, go on and continue living in your tiny bubble where you're making the world a better place where in reality you're as violent and ideologically religious as those you hate. You are like that communism enthusiast. "Real communism never took place!! We should do a re-run" I know what feminism is, ideologically. It's great, it gives me the good positive feelings like discussing a utopia. Then I see feminism in practice and it's the opposite, so what is it just a matter of malpractice? No, you can't give a single gender that much social power and this and that, and expect everything to go according to some ideal plan. You are simply delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/23 08:49 PM

Feminism isn't the answer my man. It creates a society with a deeply flawed framework through which we judge human behavior and more than that it is only tolerant of only one single type of masculinity in men which is more tame, mild, and more feminine-like that naturally makes it hostile to men. It also downplays men's issues while it exaggerates women's issues. Overall it's such a stupid, vindictive, and unhealthy way to approach life and inconducive to a healthy society.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/23 08:35 PM
7

Hey hey you're like that misogynistic guy who keeps downplaying women's issues because it makes him feel bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/23 08:27 PM
7

Dude you must be kidding. Is this really the conclusion you took from this? Feminism by and large operates under the notion of male privilege and leveling the playing field for women they will never acknowledge male specific issues nor will they approve of men taking the victim status, never. Haven't you caught up still with why we don't like them?

Well I can agree with this statement on its own but you do realize there is room for nuance. What if you didn't mean to do so? What if what you said was objectively good but they were offended for some other reason, like how dare this guy think he has a chance with me?

I swear to God I knew you'd say exactly those things, especially the misandry part. How does it feel to be a talking feminist parrot?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/23 07:35 PM

You sound like a radical caricature at this point everything you say is 100% predictable and misandrist.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/23 07:32 PM

If you want more positive things just seek them out. This sub is solely focused on men's rights and thus far there's only doom and gloom. The second statement is an individual ideal course of action. For a group complaining is the perfect way to spread awareness about the issue and gather more sympathizers because at the end of the day this is a feminist empire funded by the elite class and we're only worker peasants.
/r/MensRights07/04/23 03:33 PM
11

Also the fact that men now can have all of those privileges and the other side can only look on without daring to say anything feels like a twisted form of karma. However, I do find it tragic in a lot of ways since the majority of men who transition to women due so after years of subtle rejection by society and eventually by themselves to their own masculinity. For every woman who transitions into a man, there are 4 men who transition to a woman.

You and me both buddy. Seeing the popular bullies group fighting amongst themselves is a pleasure of its own.
/r/MensRights07/04/23 03:06 PM

I mean to be fair I wouldn't say without means. We're in a post modern world that is globally connected and the means to gain power are no longer as simple, violent, and cut throat as they used to be but more indirect, subtle, and psychological. That's the name of the game now and they're winning.
/r/MensRights04/04/23 11:01 AM

It's not so absurd, you just did. But yeah the case you presented is ideal. However, what are the chances of a very beautiful woman who married someone average to not let that fact get into her head? Chances are she doesn't reciprocate anything and just receives everything because she agrees that she's better than him thus he should compensate.

Well I was actually but let's not act as if you don't have your own motives here. You want to be victimized because in this day and age it's a sure way to gain social power. Then what the heck is the point of it all? You just look at them like the idiot losers that they are and move on. I've seen that, yes it's stupid. I did not say that, to deny such an obvious thing would be foolish. But I am bringing up a valid point here. In today's society we have negative views about men and women because …

I would say how conservative and how old are we talking about. I've heard some stuff in conservative environments so I won't act as if those things don't exist. But. What bearing does it have on your life? I mean socially as a nation, the people in your age range, your generation, your friends, and people whom you're romantically interested in? How are they affected by that idea that you said is popular? These are what truly and tangibly affect someone's life. Look at the final outcome of the li…

Everything that I talked about has everything to do with how much we care about women's specific interests as a society and medical research is one of them. If the medical research is as you said then it isn't because society sees women as second class which is proved by the things I mentioned by some other nuanced reason.

Do you mean to tell me in the world of MeToo, believe all women, free the nipple, feminism hegemony, tangible female-specific privileges, a world where 12 years old boys get raped and pay child support that we still only study men and know very little about women? I find that hard, hard to believe. You know that in Australia men's medical research received some 213 million dollars of funding whereas the women's got 800+, do you see why it's hard to believe? Well I have some assumptions once again. You were just talking to asshole men who see themselves as the main character in their story where both women and other men are supporting characters? The other would be once again you're over focus, over critical analysis, and confirmation bias towards seeking that idea. Men being the head of the household doesn't equate to seeing women as less or as supporting characters. I don't know if you've ever seen a truly traditional family. I've seen hundreds in…

Well I can assure you, the vast majority of men aren't socialized to feel superior to women, nor do they feel as such. My assumption is you're putting too much focus on subtle ways men try to hide their feelings of insecurity and you see them as deeply misogynistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/23 07:31 PM

Hmm... I won't argue with the rest as you've made some good points, but. Men are socialized to feel superior to women? I mean I don't know if we're living in different worlds so I will just speak anecdotally. The majority of the men I know in my age group early 20s actually feel inferior to women both socially and intellectually. People associate high grades with higher levels of intellect and women are generally outperforming men in schools thus the intellectual inferiority. Socially is there e…

/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/23 06:47 PM

There's a difference though between the two. Individually people are free to do and be what they want, to a limit of course. You can easily see people complaining about junkies and beggars as you've stated but on a more wider scale there can never be a movement that is mainstream that gangs up on homeless people to shame them that would just be pretty dystopian. Unfortunately, shaming men for their lack of sexual and romantic prospects is a favorite past time of a lot of people that it became kn…

Damn that was a very good point. I am talking about the mother mode in response to deep insecurities thus losing all sense of attraction. But how rigid is this? What about although that person might have helped in some ways at the end of the day psychological transformation and self-improvement are a solitary journey, inwardly speaking and are 100% dependent on you. What if that person became awful or you just hit a dead end but you refuse to end it because you'd look at yourself as an ungrateful pos? I think in this specific context dating is a stretch. Friends with benefits seems more fitting since there's no intention of making it long term and serious thus the red flags are irrelevant in a way until the reward to effort ratio becomes skewed and they move on to the next.

I think you're underestimating the problem. People don't care as much as you do, your brother whom I am sure you love is autistic which made you deeply empathetic to the whole thing, that's not a universal experience. Most people don't care for ND issues because they don't have that in family, and those who do are even more likely to be resentful because it's difficult to grow up with. Even people who champion for Autism awareness don't want anything to do with them, but who can blame them.

You said that people find you a bit off even if you mask which begs the question what if you could mask really well to the point that people would want to be with you, but you're masking. Still, a little contradictory to say "there is only one single objectively true response.", then "I don't know what objective truth is." Agreed, it's a sad and unfortunate turn of events. It's even more depressing knowing that the general population will probably never understand them, because in their minds there is nothing to complain about and thus any form of complaint is driven by "entitlement" instead of injustice.

What I hate the most about this is how hard for other people living in a gynocentric society to see the reality of how cruel and hateful all of this is. Because there exists two things that normalize this to a ridiculous degree, first is the lack of empathy we have towards men due to the women are wonderful effect, how mainstream feminism is, and how victimized are women. The other thing is ironically the patriarchy, there is this sick notion in both "normal" people and feminists where they view…

No, I did not and you are right. I was just trying to emphasize that most times I see people getting called that simply for stating different views.

That word unfortunately lost all meaning because I assure you this post is also misogynistic to them.

You said that there is this stigma that women are seen as weak. In that specific context it also conveyed that the idea that women have absolutely no responsibility on the fact that men are fighting wars against their own will and that feminism will solve it by changing how we view women. My point was that there indeed exists the notion that men are better for war due to it being the best survival strategy for our species for thousands of years, but seeing as we're no longer living in a society …

Strawman, you've said nothing, unfortunately. The adolescent boys was an expression to emphasize how innocent and young were the men who became soldiers against their will. If you find some comfort in hiding behind 18 boys by calling them men go for it. You used the word stigma, which adds a negative connotation to something that is positive. You latched into something that is intricate and complex and you completely twisted it to fit your own narrative, men bad oppressing women once again. Femi…

Sigh, I just can't fathom how you're all so satisfied and easily convinced by such obvious, flawed, and incomplex arguments. However, I very much agree with your first statement but it doesn't seem like you understand it. How is it that women are living their very best lives on average while it's the complete opposite for men? The travel ban on men was a result of a lot of reasons tied together but at the root of it all is simply male disposability. They knew that a travel ban on young men would…

For the love of god just don't call it that. It is very simple. People are toxic and that toxicity is expressed through who they are. Toxic behavior in men is easily noticeable because everyone is paying attention to it, but toxic behavior in women if not very, very obvious can be easily overlooked, rationalized, and dismissed. The court system is a good example.
/r/MensRights22/01/23 09:44 AM

That is precisely what is scary about the whole thing. There was no significant pushback which guaranteed a life of continuous spewing of toxic ideas. Imagine a man advocating for the need to organize a movement that would keep women in check and controlled because they have in-group bias and as long as they're left to their own devices men would suffer.

I find it tragically funny how he had to quote only women there, that in and of itself is a huge issue on its own. They understand that when it comes to sensitive issues women have more power and authority.

As I said it is almost everything, if we can't take the huge beast of feminism into consideration what is the point. This isn't vague, it is general there is a difference. I won't go into each specific idea that they have in details here but I said why they suck and we agreed.

Shit it's really you, damn! I don't really know what to say, how open are you to the idea that maybe most of what you believe in and regard as a fact when it comes to gender equality and the dynamic between men and women to be false?

The reasons are plenty believe me but the main one of why I hate it so much and see it as a pointless or maybe even harmful set of ideas to men is due to this: fragmentation, fear, and incomplete conclusions. Wouldn't you say that a conclusion that is reached about something without taking into account all of the involved factors to be incomplete and thus automatically false? By the same vein I strongly stand behind this simple fact: In some women's issues men play a big role, in others a small …

Yeah right men with "healthy" masculinity, ie the only version of a man that feminists can accept. You could have gone for a walk and yet you chose to spew such BS, I hate everything there is about that sub and I think it's a huge detriment to men's right.

They are not automatically enemies of it unless they choose so. The poster just observed that a portion of those men who aren't traditionally masculine adopt feminist ideologies and thus see men as inherently oppressors. I think that a lot of people here are troubled but maybe my definition is too loose as I've never encountered someone who isn't. Sure they are faulty and have wrong views in some cases but we just have to make sure to prioritize truth over emotional and pointless fear mongering.…

Although we are animals we aren't that cold and emotionless what are you on about? You are just giving feminists more fuel here lol. Are you saying the only reason men accept older women because they're aware of their inability to get the younger ones? And if a man has a relationship with an older woman and a younger one comes along he'll directly leave her?

I think that is a mighty beautiful initiative to help single moms with violent husbands by offering them that opportunity, but I do think it is naive to think that a sizeable portion of single moms are running from abusive partners.

Feminism just like religion offers comfort and security, in those we hide our sorrows and so it becomes essential that we defend them otherwise we risk total psychological chaos.

Well I beg to differ. It stops the radicalization of men. Where do you think people who have grievances but no one talks about them go? Personally I was seeing so much crazy shit that did not make any sense whatsoever from an equal society standpoint, and when people started voicing the same doubts that I had they were cancelled, shamed, and demonized. So, I could only shut up and bottle everything up, which of course builds resentment and then one day it becomes unbearable and you say Fuck it i…

That is good point but I don't personally see it as strength but just conformity. Of course if we were living in the middle ages and these men were acting as such I would absolutely respect and admire everything there's about them. However, nowadays in the west atleast there is virtually no repercussion to being a feminine man. What I want to say is the popular opinion is that of the liberals, in the west atleast, and some men find themselves adopting that narrative that leads to them seeing sho…

I lived in an all female household and yikes man. How about stoicism? Learn to deal with your shit on your own, be articulate, non reactionary, and communicate in order to connect with them, do what you can to be the mature one and give people the benefit of the doubt and if they're unresponsive and always prioritize drama over ending conflicts move on. Drop them like how you'd drop a hot potato.

No, you write it I stink as an author I wouldn't do it justice. Since the lead is a woman then only you can bring out that raw unfiltered woman perspective as it slowly refines itself through introspection and a desire to venture out into its own assumptions about the world.

They did not misrepresent anything, we've seen it for ourselves. It all boils down to prejudice and an immediate rejection of any attempts to understand us. What was that great feminist saying? If you want to understand the struggles of women talk to them. So, why is it that you guys fail to listen? And if you do there's absolutely no empathy just a shrug followed with go deal with your own shit. It seems as if feminism is actually contributing to male isolation and "toxic masculinity"... Who co…

Lol why not, maybe a novel of a woman who is lost and through a series of coincidental events finds herself encountering several men in different occasions from where she learns different aspects of masculinity and they too learn from her. I'd actually love to read something like this!
