I am 25 and I got the same problem back in the days when I was 20-23 I solved it by finding out what I want in life where I want to go and what are my goals Now I have a good life I work for my goals and I'm very happy I found my place on earth wehre I want to stay I found it out by travel around the world I meet a tonn of new ppl got many connections I got a bigger few by doing this First it was hard to travel alone but in the end it was my best idea 😅 hope this helps you Good luck
