3	Men being Blamed again So I don't know about this particular episode of My 600 lb Life, but in every single one I've seen, the morbidly obese person has an enabler, someone who brings them the food. It could be the man here, in which case the fat lady would be right in her singing, but it could also be the mother, since she seems to be taking the fat lady's side. 4	Women and men are so different, for example, women get compliments and barely think about it. Same with flowers. Now, on the other hand, men are so put down, that whenever they get a compliment, they will never forget it. The first time a man receives flowers, is generally at his funeral.
