That sounds like a pretty myopic way to look at it. How do you define the wall?

I disagree. The period for which a woman remains attractive is not the same for everyone. Several factors have a role, including age, self care, children or not, weight and body tone, personality and femininity. The specific preferences of the man should also not be neglected. I'm 26 and my girlfriend is 34. Since I don't want biological children (neither does she) I don't care that she's nearing the end of her safe fertility window. She's attractive, in great shape, has no kids and has matured …

Though she (my gf) expressed the thought to me without me even suggesting it, she didn't know how to raise it with her friend without pushing her away. From the little I've seen of her she is particularly fragile.

Unfortunately for her it's likely the best she's going to get given her circumstance.

It's painful to me just thinking of the fuckery that would entail. Imagine marrying this woman knowing that you're picking up the burden created by years of her and several Chads in hedonistic bliss without a care in the world. Now you have the consequences of that dumped on you, and all you get is flabby, aged, unattractive, insufferable and entitled, with three little people she's raised to be the same way. Then to top it off, as if it's not fucked up enough already, she decides you haven't pi…

Even if she doesn't want casual sex anymore, it's pretty likely she will use this dude until he figures out what his value is to her Every reference of hers about how good he is to her involves him just giving her stuff.

They're not. Two different dads, who she supposedly didn't know were dirtbags until they'd already knocked her up.

Sorry Mr Badass. Barbarossa was the one of the first YouTube MGTOWs and he was married. The point of MGTOW is not having to fit in a box like you seem to want to do. It's about making your own choices without being manipulated by anyone, specifically without simping to women. Having a girlfriend does not equate to succumbing to a woman.

Like I said, biking is non-negotiable for me and if I ever get serious with someone they will know that. Besides, I do not expect anyone to nurse me if I become disabled. That's why I have insurance on my income. PS. It's interesting that the bad boy with a motorcycle is what attracts a lot of girls, but once they have him they turn him into one of the guys they never liked before.

Yea a biking passion is no bacon sandwich. It can be the difference between stability and insanity.

From personal experience the addiction is a real. It makes one do things against one's own interests just to get his daily fix, even if it's little more than nagging, controlling, minimal caring and lackluster sex. I hate to admit I was this pathetic too.

It does, see my reply above.

Freedom, like the other guy said, in that it's something risky he chooses to do for his own enjoyment. She'd have no problem with him taking even greater risks if its to protect her, or even to support her extravagant lifestyle.
/r/MGTOW207/10/20 04:23 PM

I'll rephrase. I'm not prepared to give up that little window of freedom for anything else.
/r/MGTOW207/10/20 04:17 PM

There are certain things you don't ask to do, you just tell them you're doing it. I've been trying to do this more often with good results. People disagreeing with you is better than being a pathetic doorknob.
/r/MGTOW207/10/20 04:13 PM

This risk is irrelevant. The point is they were willing to accept the risk for the thrill until their partners said no.
/r/MGTOW207/10/20 04:04 PM
2

Consider the risks she might accept because it's for her, not her partner. She's okay with, nay she expects, him to protect her with his life. In the same vein, is it not fair to let him risk his life for his own purposes, not just hers? That said, your point is well taken. Biking is indeed an incredibly risky hobby and I will never deny that. But I'm willing to take that risk (obviously taking all the necessary precautions) because I consider the reward worth it. If I ever get into a relationsh…

Update I lost it and said the worst things to her. It was a bitter ending. But now I'm free again and I hope I never forget how hellish cohabitation can be.
/r/MGTOW212/09/20 12:19 PM

I'm not sure about peaceful, but certainly not under duress. This relationship changed me in ways I couldn't imagine. I will never trust another human being to do anything good for me again. I'm on my own, always have been, always will be.
/r/MGTOW201/09/20 10:10 PM

That's precisely what I'm realising now which hadn't occurred to me before. I can never rely on someone else for fulfillment. Only I have that power.
/r/MGTOW201/09/20 09:42 PM
2

I'm honestly afraid to tell her while she's still with me, not physically but psychologically and materially. She seems like the type to throw stuff around and key my car, if not pound it in with a crow bar. She could say things that make me unable to bite my tongue and insult her like no gentleman should. I'd rather wait for her to go home, pack up her shit and drop it off at her front door.
/r/MGTOW201/09/20 04:33 PM

Forget women, sex, family, relationships. Easier said than done. Having a career and interesting hobbies just don't occupy all of my time. More hobbies or longer hours won't help.

/r/MGTOW20/12/19 10:00 PM

I mostly agree. In today's world, it's all but impossible for a girl to find a man she honestly considers the best guy for her. She has so many options that there are bound to be several men who are potentially the best for her. Committing to one leads to a kind of FOMO. Monogamy in this climate is dead.
/r/MGTOW20/09/19 02:29 PM

If she cheats on someone else with you, she'll cheat on you with someone else.
/r/MGTOW20/09/19 01:07 PM

This is probably just a made up story. But it always strikes me as extremely cold to commit to someone and then stab them in the back while they're away risking their life.
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 09:06 PM
1

That's a gross generalization. Even if you don't think there are loyal women out there, there must be at least some who aren't even attractive enough to get this kind of attention.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 03:24 PM

How many girls actually are like this though? How many are constantly exploring their options even while in a relationship.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 01:00 PM

I wonder if she'd stick with her boyfriend if he cut off his penis.
/r/MGTOW04/09/19 10:39 AM

Personally, I don't see any shame in admitting to being a hooker. It's a simple offer of services in exchange for money. Nothing more, nothing less.

What line of work in pharmacy are you in? I've been looking at pharmacology and drug development as a possible future career.

That's some next level paranoia when all she's asking for is to rent a room.
/r/MGTOW28/08/19 02:52 PM
1

Sounds like you still might be a little bitter about her rejecting you all those years ago. Renting a room out has nothing to do with gender. It's just a business transaction.
/r/MGTOW28/08/19 02:47 PM

To be honest, I am intimidated by women like those described, if only because I'm not used to them and I'm not comfortable responding in kind. Being conditioned to respect women no matter what is deeply ingrained in my psyche.
/r/MGTOW28/08/19 01:35 PM
1

That's quite close minded. They don't all want your money. They're also highly responsive to looks and status, and to a lesser extent personality.
/r/MGTOW26/08/19 04:19 PM
1

They don't just think good guys will accept them. There definitely are good guys who will accept them. Not just ugly good guys but decent looking good guys with their lives in good order. I personally would never go beyond casual sex with women like this. But I wouldn't judge a guy who went for something more if it makes him happy. It may be his only chance at a life partner. Who am I do deny him that?

This is just cope. A woman of any age always has a higher SMV than her male counterpart. A milf on Tinder will have no problems getting matches. A 40 year old rich man may have trouble despite his wealth.
/r/MGTOW19/08/19 08:07 AM

There seems to be a huge difference between what women say they want and what they actually respond positively to. It drives me crazy.

I'll wager a guess as to what happened here... She wanted a better lifestyle so she decided to find a guy to rope in and be her provider. At some point she realized that she missed the validation/worship she got when she was a stripper. She attempted to get her bread buttered on both sides by attempting to stay married and be a stripper. Too bad it didn't work. If there wasn't a child involved, I'd say we're simply looking at a woman seeking out the best she can get out of life. With the child i…

I'm not going to judge the man since he chose to marry and have a child with a woman who does premium Snapchat. Who am I to judge if he's okay with it? The red flags are that she's making him pay to see her naked and she only puts out once a month. If she really loved him, why would she make him pay and put out so little? She's probably not sexually attracted to him and just using him as nanny for her kid while she does her dream job.

He was around 30 and she was in her early twenties when they got married. Also, he won't be leaving much at all behind for her. I really do think this is the real deal.

Pathetic is an understatement.
/r/MGTOW17/08/19 05:51 PM

It's all ultimately transactional. The man's need for sex is higher than the woman's. This puts her in a position to be able to demand that the man compensate her for the defecit in demand. The compensation takes different forms: money for an escort, drinks for a casual hookup in a bar, dinner for a date, etc.

Guy 1 Good chin and jawline with strong cheekbones give him a square face. However, lack of hooded eyes and undefined nose cost him quite a bit. Add to that his bald head and he's a solid 5/10. Guy 2 Good chin and jawline give him a rectangular face. His lack of any obvious flaws puts him above average at 6-7/10.

Hypergamy is not just about money. It's also about looks and social status. Your friend must be damn good looking, no?

That's like saying, "98% of women are unwilling to date short men." Where are the short guy advocates?

No way. My OP is my judgement of the situation. I may be wrong: she may actually be loyal. I would not stick my nose in unless there were actual evidence of cheating.
/r/MGTOW14/08/19 01:59 AM

This is exactly what I'm talking about. It's not that they can actually leave their partners for the guy on stage. It's the fact that they would if they could, only as loyal as their options.

I'm 24. Maybe I just haven't been paying attention.

I think more than anything, your story shows that there's more than one way to live a fulfilling life. There's the traditional way, then there's going your own way and everything in between. Neither way is better. There's just what's most fulfilling to the individual.
/r/MGTOW14/04/19 02:13 PM

Women only seem hard to understand because of the contradictions between their words and actions. If you ignore their words, their actions reveal them to be the garden variety selfish, shallow human beings that we all are.
/r/MGTOW28/03/19 04:59 PM

The 20% is not as alarming as it seems. It's 20% of men who decide to do the test who will find out they aren't the father. Obviously, those who do the test have something to be suspicious about. So the actual percentage of men who've been cuckolded must be significantly lower.
/r/MGTOW20/01/19 01:30 PM

I guess you're right. Working girls are the most convenient way for a MGTOW to have sex. Hookups are supposed to boost self esteem by confirming that you can bed a girl just through who you are. But just about any halfway decent dude can land a hookup so it doesn't really mean anything.
/r/MGTOW26/12/18 10:00 AM

There's no need to give up on casual hookups. Sex is a basic human need.
/r/MGTOW26/12/18 09:32 AM

I have to disagree with you on that one. Maybe you just haven't had sex with the right women.

I couldn't bring myself to do this unless she knew from the start I was never going to commit.
/r/MGTOW19/12/18 09:59 AM

I'm not sure. Personally, I'd prefer to have a continuing sex arrangement with one woman as long as it's risk free.
/r/MGTOW19/12/18 09:43 AM

I thought so too. But I must admit he kinda got into my head a bit. I began thinking back to my silent exchanges with women and in retrospect some of them looked at me in the way he describes. In any case this is the last thing we should allow to get to us.

Fair enough.

I've noticed this among younger women: early to mid twenties. Those with more life experience are way more interesting to me. I have a FWB in her early thirties who's been married, has a kid, divorced and established a very successful business from scratch. I'm in my mid twenties and just starting a career so she's usually the one who keeps conversations going.
