Galations 5:2 Christianity actually specifically and quite dramatically teaches against judaisers trying to use Jewish tradition within the faith, of which circumscision is specifically condemned and decried. Its prevalence in the states is astounding.

Industry wide government mandated or corporate mandated though? I’d argue there is a meaningful difference.

Right but the theist argument can be the same. It’s life and should be protected. Why would that be more or less valid when they also believe in a god?

Just last night I was on a bus and a lady fell down while walking on, it was a rough fall. About 5 women around her stood up to give her their seat. Don’t think it’s necessarily as simple as men stand up women don’t.

It’s also a disincentive for people thinking about lying about this sort of thing in the future...

Oh shit it’s chuck!! So often I’m disappointed by the rhetoric of celebrities but my fave stands and delivers.

40% is still more than most people would say, mainstream media and advertising wholly represents domestic abuse as exclusively male on female.

Sounds like you have every reason to not want the relationship to be close, but that doesn’t mean it can work for some people.

Thanks! Sorry for asking a question that was googlable, didn’t think it’d work

Ahh, so the services they want to streamline and make easier, and the protections for women, are from a group which currently and historically advocates exclusively (or at least predominantly) for women?

Erm... I see then fairly often, their perspectives affect my life, also it’s a great dry run in case I decide to try showing somebody else. I don’t know you or your relationship with your parents, but maybe it’s time to respect them again. Parents can be very helpful.

So they say anything specifically about it being anti father? Other than the sentence about interrogating victims during the case (which seems gender neutral as it’s written here) I can’t see anything

yeah, I talked about in-group preference studies as well, didn't really gain any traction, they just waved it away. I would have held on more but they were pretty tired by this point so I just let it slide. maybe another time.

Yeah, I was pretty happy with it. Very worried throughout the movie, and then again when she drops the entrapping "So do you not like femisim now" on me... but yeah, its all okay!

Yeah, I challenged her on this. She really wanted to say everybody should just suck it up and work hard there's nothing stopping them... but there is something stopping women which meant they system had to be changed? Didn't really reach a resolution but I think she at least heard me.

nah, they aren't, hence they were both in the room at the same time watching it. Yeah, I can see that, seemed to go pretty well regardless thankfully.
