| 1 | Should I work out on my butt?Yeah, idk why but every girl I know likes a developed butt on a guy. I never train mine directly though - only squats and deadlifts and girls have always complimented my round ass and say how shitty a flat one looks. | /r/askTRP | 06/12/18 11:46 AM |
| 3 | Always get shit on for not being able to lift heavy weights. How many guys out there actually have impressive numbers? 40-50 percent of the populationSo are you still aiming to lose more weight? Your strength will go up while on a caloric surplus and only barely when you're on a cut. If you feel that you are lean enough, start your bulk and eat cottage cheese twice a day. Carry a box of peanuts and sunflower seeds with raisins and eat 100-200g every day on your bulk. Additionally eat a sandwich or two during your day. Drink a liter of milk or soymilk every now and then or mix with your protein. Drink your protein twice a day. Get BCAA (really… | /r/askTRP | 06/12/18 10:12 AM |

Took me about 9 months to gain around 30lbs of mostly muscle, full natty. Check out my post history to see how I look (posted one month ago). Just hop on a good lifting program like nSuns, record your numbers, adjust them weekly and eat properly. My stats after 9 months are: bench 253lbs, squat 330lbs, deadlift 400lbs, overhead press 165lbs. You can do it, I was a skinny bitch back in february. | /r/askTRP | 06/12/18 09:15 AM |
| 1 | How to get rid of lazy part of my brain telling me not to lift weights, & to just jerk off & surf the Internet all day?Blast some music, get up and start walking. It is a simple matter of discipline and habit. Don't overthink it. | /r/askTRP | 02/08/18 01:18 PM |

Instead of chasing easy entertainment find an interesting hobby like playing an instrument, painting or whatever. Read books and interesting articles so that you have something to talk about. Once you cut out worthless habi… | /r/askTRP | 27/03/18 10:15 AM |
