I'm friends with the many of the leaders of the leading Irish feminist movements, I've attended seminars, had debates, the whole 9 yards. That is what makes them a victim. Taxes and charities don't fit what I said at all... They don't try to make you less aware and then take advantage of you. Please tell me the american justice system isn't actually like that. But yeah, I don't know what else to say. It sucks that men are wrongly accused (sucks isn't a strong enough word, obviously) but we do need to remember that there are those out there who pray on weak women. I'm more interested in the morality of it all than the law, since I don't know enough about american law on rape to have an opinion on it. Now, on to the meat of the discussion. The UN regards it as "sexual intercourse without valid consent" while the FBI regard it as "The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim". But someone else on this post, just told me that freshmen are being taught that it is rape even in the first scenario, which is totally wrong. If you are out with a friend, you get drunk with each other and have sex which she then regrets, that is in no way rape and girls who claim that it was are completely wrong.
