You are not understanding the question lmao. She’s implying it’s not a “good situation” to be stuck with a guy who will think she’s an old hag later on because he only values women for looks and youth. Might as well just have fun then

This was exactly my thought process

So you’d rather pay for a woman’s bills than share them 50/50?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 10:23 PM

This makes sense!
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 05:23 PM

I just feel like the red pill view is wrong with that part, young men are awesome! Most couples I know get together when they’re both young and stay together. Did you not date around when you were young?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 03:40 PM

That is a very interesting scenario for sure
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 03:14 PM

I don’t know, the statement that 97% of women older than 40 get no attention seems way off. When older people get divorced, it seems like the woman can usually find another partner pretty easily, while if anything the man struggles. Also, when your current girlfriend gets older, like 30s and 40s, what happens then? Are you going to look for younger girls again?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 03:12 PM

Jesus, this is why less and less women are interested in dating these days. There’s not much benefit for women to lock in during their prime with a guy who thinks this way. Just causes emotional damage later on
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 03:04 PM

Guys send her money? That’s not normal lmao, I would look into that
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 02:49 PM

This is what I suspected, like maybe that they got rejected in high school/college age and are resentful of women for that?

Exactly!!

Red pill men take the fact “women want older men” WAY too far. Several studies show women want guys who are just 1-4 years older than them. This is also evident when looking at the avg age gap, which is 1-2 years in the U.S and 4 years worldwide. Those of us in our “prime” want a guy around our age (22-26) who has more in common with us to grow old with, and who are more attractive, even if there are older guys out there who are richer. If the older guy happens to be a misogynist and that’s why …

When you look it up it says about 10% for married women and 20-25% for married men roughly

Sounds like you didn’t understand the question at all
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 11:58 AM

That doesn’t make me feel better lol because it implies that any man would cheat if he could

Are you short or something? It’s nice for a guy to be taller than us but most of us consider so many other factors before that stuff. I mainly just wanted a guy who was competent and would be my best friend, so yea I hate when guys view relationships so transactional
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 03:23 AM

This is exactly it!

Yea that’s true, but I have read a few statistic saying that about 20-30% of married men cheat, which really surprised me especially considering everything you just said about not having options

Yea when other men cheat on their wives, I just get upset for them

This made me feel better

No I love him a lot, I guess I’m just talking about hypothetical situations and also other men

I mean I only ever look at “most viewed” out of curiosity and I do see a lot of MILF porn there. But it’s quite sad to hear you only value women for their youth and attractiveness. That was kind of the whole point of my post and a big reason I’m scared of getting married
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 02:42 AM

That’s fair I guess although sadly data shows many men do end up cheating later on, which kind of deters me from wanting to get married

We are most attracted to guys our own age. The vast majority of us in our early 20s would easily take a competent 23-25yo guy (my boyfriends age) over a 35yo guy any day, even if that 35yo is wealthier and more established. Studies have very clearly supported this, and it’s because most women make their own money now, so we’d rather choose someone more compatible with us (and cuter) to grow old with—rather than viewing a relationship as completely transactional. I wish more “red pill guys” reali…

Important to note though that there was another graph indicating men’s set age ranges, which landed around his own age. Eg the youngest a 50yo man entered was on avg 35
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 02:26 AM

There is tons of MILF porn though so to say no guy lusts after older women isn’t true
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 02:19 AM

But once she turns into a “35yo grandma” won’t you still just be interested in early 20s?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 02:15 AM

Lmao as a 22yo I can assure you none of us want an old washed up misogynist like you either
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 02:09 AM

You’re right but it’s more prevalent for them to cheat and stay, which to me is actually worse than leaving
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/24 02:04 AM

No we don’t lmao

I feel the same way as a woman. I can easily pay bills and don’t need a man doing that for me. I also don’t want to do any more cooking and cleaning than I have to
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/24 10:48 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
