I like how everyone here is just saying grow some balls and do it. That's easier said than done in the moment. I battle with this all the time myself. I think the biggest thing that has helped me is just internalizing that all you are doing is talking. Nothing more, there is no previous there is no after you are just there talking. It alleviates a lot of the pressure.
