How can I help my husband with work/health stresses? He doesn’t want me to work while the kids are still in my care/not in school yet. | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/10/17 04:06 AM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses?I like your advice but the sex one makes me sad. I ask(and have asked) for sex every night for the past seven years of our marriage. My husband does not want to have it near as much as I do (I want it like 10 times a day). So...yeah. | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/10/17 04:05 AM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses?I already meal prep on the weekends. That’s also when I catch up on chores, but I also have to do all of the exterior housework as well. It sounds like a complaint because it is! I’ve been busting it for a while and I’ve tried everything to think and be positive and I’m just done. I no longer can keep myself mentally strong. It’s breaking me down. That’s why I’m asking for advice. I’ve asked to get a job and he says no, it would be too hard to work around. Babysitting in my area can’t exist unle… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/10/17 10:43 PM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses?I’ll look into it. See if I can find anything. Thanks. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/10/17 10:38 PM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses? Thanks for your suggestion. Healthy lifestyle is actually my hobby. I prepped for him and myself for months while I trained for a competition. Mostly keto too. The problem is he wouldn’t stop drinking and ate donuts and chips (free) at work. I would talk to him about it, but he wasn’t “on board”. I couldn’t make him and it was exhausting. He will also just stop by the store on the way home from work to get snacks. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/10/17 10:09 PM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses? Thanks for your insight. Really sucks to hear about the drugs. Money is always a factor when I suggest for him to pursue some hobbies. He thinks “oh it will cost X to do it” and he just doesn’t. Makes me really sad | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/10/17 08:35 PM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses?Definitely not perfect. I’d be better if we were a little more organized and back on a routine. I spend $10/month on myself (gym with childcare) so I have something. He doesn’t. That’s why I feel so guilty. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/10/17 07:55 PM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses? What can I do to help the identity thing? It’s an interesting angle. Not something we’ve talked about before. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/10/17 07:29 PM
How can I help my husband with work/health stresses?I don’t express my concerns too much in order to avoid sounding like I’m nagging. What would be the best way to talk about it? What should I bring up? I always hear that complaining about something without a solution is whining. When I have talked about it, he says he’s working on getting help (the meds/doctor visits) | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/10/17 07:29 PM
What is your 'goal' life like?Marry my best friend while young. Check. Have two kids, stay home, and raise them. Currently checking. Get fit for my husband and myself. Unchecked. | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/08/16 09:32 PM
Where to make high-quality, RPW-minded girl friendsI found that I find more like minded women to hang out with when doing things with my husband as a couple. Hiking a lot, we meet a lot of people on the trails. Some people we've just "clicked" with immediately. Our kids being friends with other kids the same size has also opened a lot of friendships. | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/03/16 09:35 PM
The STFU MethodThis is great. I've been married five years, and slowly but surely I've kept my mouth shut here and there. It definitely makes for a better relationship. I'm usually bad at controlling myself when it's time for a mental breakdown from stress and sadness, but that doesn't happen as often as it use to (went from it happening weekly to like twice a year). The greatest thing about keeping quiet is your husband noticing. That positive feedback about something that was hard to do is what really makes … | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/01/16 02:27 PM
Things to look out for when your "Love Languages" are different from your SO'sYeah. It wasn't at first because we didn't know that lol. We had to learn it. But, after 6 years of being together with two young kids, we're starting to get in the groove of learning how to fill each others love box haha | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/11/15 01:21 AM
Things to look out for when your "Love Languages" are different from your SO'sI've had a similar problem kind of switched. My love language is quality time and his his acts of service. He is really sweet and sometimes when he wants to show me love he will do the dishes for me or change the clothes to the dryer or sweep the floor. Even though I do really appreciate those things, they don't register as love to me. He doesn't have a problem with me loving him since I stay home and cook/clean everything for him. But it is me who gets sad sometimes when we go a whole day witho… | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/11/15 09:46 PM
New SAHW seeking inputNo problem. Pinterest has a lot on speed cleaning, if you can't figure out my mumbo jumbo. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/05/15 12:37 AM
New SAHW seeking inputI am a stay at home mom of husband who works around 50 hours a week Monday-Friday, a two year old boy, and a 7 month old boy who is still exclusively breastfeeding. I MUST use a schedule type of thing for me to get anything done, otherwise time will leave me. Cleaning: Since having a toddler and baby at home, I've changed my cleaning routine from 'super particular deep cleaning or I'll have a meltdown' to '15 minutes per room and I'm done because it looks okay'. I make sure to do these four thin… | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/05/15 06:43 PM
Week of 5/17: Weekly Goal Thread!I feel like mine are pretty simple, but I can accomplish baby steps much easier than a leap where I need to be. I'm going through a hard emotional time at the moment, so my goal is to basically get back on my wife/mother duties. Some form of exercise for 15 minutes everyday with my kids. Monday done, today done. Have the kitchen cleaned and my laundry finally put away. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/05/15 06:04 PM
Lesson from my father: The 3 roles any married or LTR man, and his woman, should master.I already do the kitchen timer sometimes (in public or when the punishment doesn't fit the crime). He's really bad at it. He's really well behaved, and he listens well when I tell him he's going to get a spanking. I will do another trial today, though. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/04/15 12:27 PM
Lesson from my father: The 3 roles any married or LTR man, and his woman, should master. Is this true for toddlers, though? How did you handle your toddler? I spank my son only once a day (maybe). Other than that, he an excellent boy. When I spank him, it's after a thorough warning and he gets talked to again. I'm just wondering how others do it. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/04/15 02:51 AM
Lesson from my father: The 3 roles any married or LTR man, and his woman, should master.I seriously love this so much. I don't have much to contribute, other than the fact that I have failed in the past as well. I am so focused on being a mother (2 YO and 6 MO) that I forget my duties as wife and girlfriend. I have to mentally slap myself sometimes. I also tell myself that, because my kids are so young, it'll be easier to be a better wife and girlfriend when the kids get a little more independent. This is pretty brilliant/beautiful, and I wish it was the norm to think this way. :) | /r/TheRedPill | 17/04/15 02:49 AM

A Big Thank YouJust joined TRP recently. I hope I can start to see my marriage change for the better soon, like yours. I'm such a hot head and always complaining. I know my husband would love to see that change in me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/02/15 11:50 PM
My husband has suggested I start taking therapy and anxiety medication. I'm hesitant.I have not. It's really hard for me to talk to doctors. My husband thought I may have some blues after the baby, but I've had problems before hand, so he kind of rules it out. | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/02/15 02:57 PM

My husband has suggested I start taking therapy and anxiety medication. I'm hesitant.I'm scared. Scared it won't work. Scared it'll lead to worse problems. Scared I could get addicted or abuse whatever I'm prescribed. I know for sure I want to go to therapy. I just have to wait until we're moved into our new home and insurance is okay to go. | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/02/15 12:13 AM
My husband has suggested I start taking therapy and anxiety medication. I'm hesitant.Therapy, to see if it really is anxiety. It's just what we assume. He says medication is one of the only ways to treat it. I have not researched it myself, so I don't know if that's completely true. I haven't figured a trigger yet. We've noticed it's more of a "straw that broke the camels back" type of thing. I will build and build then I break. Some kind of attack. I feel it when it's coming too. I would love to jump to the nearest therapist. I don't know how to go about doing that. Money was t… | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/02/15 12:12 AM
A good reminder: "not letting yourself go" isn't just about looksThank you :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/15 11:00 PM
A good reminder: "not letting yourself go" isn't just about looksYou hit me close to home. I have such a controlling/quick to anger personality. The second example is exactly how I would've acted. I'm aware that I'm mean and controlling. I'm also aware that it is wrong. I just don't know how to stop and change. When I do try to do better, I tend to dwell on the bad that I have done, and just get into an anxiety state. | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/15 08:54 PM
