Well to be fair, her mom does call her constantly and she has to send her parents her location often when we are out. The only other red flag is that she like smoking weed, and has a high n count, but that part doesn’t bother me too much because I do too compared to all of my friends.

Thanks for the advice and reassurance. I think ego lifters look retarded, I just gotta get my form down and work from there, like you said. I recently started increasing my protein intake by eating more eggs. I’ll start making whey protein shakes. To answer your question, I am 5’10, 157 lbs, and roughly 16% body fat. This gym is legit, Omar Isuf, and Larry wheels stop by from time to time, along with other powerlifters and bodybuilders I am not familiar with. I definitely will listen to my trainer and not ask bullshit questions for the hell of it.
