Be it boy or girl. The people doing these acts have to be punished equally to have any marked form of improvement. To any man that is saying "nice," "score," "wish that was me," you are utter scum. I'm betting that if the roles were reversed, you'd all be up in arms about this and demanding the man's head on a spike.
