Typically you see a judge presiding over the case be the one to override a jury's decision. But the defendant may also file an appeal. The reasons vary, but it could be anything from: jury tampering, undisclosed information about a juror which might have made them less then impartial, or the jury doing other crazy stuff, like having sex with one another. Yep, especially if its one of those chain restaurants like Ruby Tuesdays and what not. No offense to those guys but they are their to make food that is good, but as fast as possible. On the inverse I once ordered a rare steak from one of those places and cut in to the steak only to find it frozen in the middle. The whole point is that the more you cook it the worse the steak gets. The taste starts to fade and the steak takes on a really tough texture. Some people find eating a rare steak for the first time to be a bit too bloody, but you will get over it quick. The taste is just wonderful. If their is just one other team than it technically satisfies the requirements. Although I believe just creating the one team is enough to satisfy the requirements of Title IX. 19	Caleb Warner case needs more attention. Caleb Warner is the man who was expelled from a public university because of a proven false rape accusation. His false accuser has a warrant out for her arrest. The university refuses to re-admit Warner or even to admit that they were wrong to expel him. If I recall correctly, the decision is from the DOE (Department of Education) which is separate from the DOJ (Department of Justice). Thus in the eyes of the DOE he is guilty to them. Now why they won't go back and fix this is absolutely wrong and without merit. He has proven his innocence to the point that the accuser is being sought by the police for lying. The defense nailed down its key point: their just wasn't any evidence their to convict her beyond a reasonable doubt. That is if they catch you anyways. I was just citing how they would go about prosecuting him. "Ignorance" in law just means not knowing. So if you didn't know you were recording and/or you didn't know it was illegal, you can still be prosecuted under the law. Also it isn't a minimal charge or recording someone. District Attorney made a deal, not much of a surprise there. The DA dropped the attempted murder charge too. 1	What made you aware of the lack of Mens rights. It reminds me of the stuff I had to deal with in retail. In big box retail giants you have these rare, but ultimately awesome jobs that open up in a store. They are rare, but they are awesome. Nice hours, easy work, and good pay. Not to mention they are usually no brainers. The only way to get these jobs is to be the managers friend or be a woman. In retail the men must do all the heavy lifting and those types of jobs.
