Unless I missed something (entirely possible since I only watched it once), it’s not robbery, just stealing. Yes most people get arrested for robbery. Most people just get tickets for stealing unless what they stole was worth a significant amount of money or they have a lot of prior complaints.
Most people don’t get arrested for something like this. I bet there’s more to this story. She’s probably had multiple complaints about stuff like this.
