I cannot imagine how hard all this should be to you. But I will try to give some ideas that came to mind and hope this helps. I agree on the idea of try to find another job. Today you have internet jobs and a shop near home is always an option. Not that a shop is easy to handle but at least could let you be closer to home, and your kids could be in the shop when things get hard. And if you are fine with this, your kids could help with some chores to distract and to try bound more with them. On t…

I agree, let it go, I believe that is something is meant to be it will come back by it self. In this case not sound like it should be. Communication is from both ways, it won't work if only one side put the effort. If you se the other side do not want to solve it, my recommendation is to walk away and see what happens. Maybe some tips for the next partner you find. At the beginning my gf (now wife) she used to said to me that she hated me when she was mad. And really hurt. But after the fight al…

I do not agree with you. You simply put the worst of men phrases, I mean the really machist and toxic ones, and put the pretty ones for the women. You biased the analysis automatically. There are also some phrases that try to make girls submissive while men be the ones above. Specially anything related to the classic marriage. Yhea, if not feeling comfortable then I think is better just to leave and not hear them. Later on you could send a message saying why you leave. Unfortunately some people do not want to hear their defects. In my experience is better to back off when things are getting heated, than try to explain to them. If they are not in the mood to hear calmly it just don't worth to have any discussion.

Yhea I will suggest something similar also. Doing a crafts course, or any course actually, is always a great way to know new people. And since you are making the same course is always easy to talk about something.

I do not have experience with PTSD neither I am a medic. But since is weekend I would try to have a calm day. Go outside to a park. Meet with some old friends is always great. If not feeling to get out, I would do my hobbies that in my case is planting and baking (or embroidery but have being a long time I do not do embroidery). I think the important is to do an activity to distract the mind and that also calms you.

I do not know what is your health issue. But I am sure that an urologist won't treat depression. For this would be better to try with a psychologyst

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
