Male repulsion by female promiscuity has an evolutionary basis, and is consistent across all cultures, so there goes your conservative culture argument. There's nothing "progressive" about accepting female promiscuity. If anything it's regressive, since cultures that tolerate it have less social cohesion and can't even reproduce their culture. Not surprising since Reddit is known for having a large concentration of effeminate men and actual cuckolds.
